Love the intro.. I won't let myself collect 78's as my records and Cd's are out of control ! A guy named Robert was Rare Earth's mgr back in '75. He dated my cousin in Las Vegas. He was from Detroit and also managed Parliament and Funkadelic. Growing up at Lake Tahoe in the late 60's.. Many of the Bay Area bands would play at The Sanctuary in South Lake Tahoe. Sir Douglas Quintet, Steve Miller w/ Boz, Santana Blues Band, Cold Blood and a lot more !
One of my turntables can play 78s and I have a few but I don't actively collect them like I do with records and CDs. I think I found an Eartha Kitt 78 at a thrift store eight years ago and that's the last time I bought a 78
