The windows with the wide molding, plus the rock accent and porch really makes this exterior. It has a nice entrance, absolutely wonderful kitchen. Love the master bath and closet...overall a great home. I loved it! Comparing it with the price of other homes, for the look and the size, in my opinion the price wasn't bad... Thank you Chance.

I like this one. Love that you can't see the kitchen from the living room. I LOVE all those cabinets. I could fill up every one of them and more. There is one thing that I do not like and that the master bedroom door is in the living room.

You are correct about that kitchen there are more cupboards (ca-BIRDS) there than anyone would ever need ! Cupboards are better than a dumb old pantry anyway. 😉

There were wire racks in the other bedroom closets.

The master closet entry from the bathroom is a deal breaker.

ABSOLUTELY the best one i have seen in a while! just perfect. love the kitchen - who the heck needs a pantry w all those cupboards? i would put a double vanity in 2nd bath, bc sharing w three bedrooms. and take out one window by the fr door to fit a fr closet. just my personal preference. i might be in love!

That is a lot of kitchen cabinets, but some of them you'd have to use as a pantry.

I love the layout of that doublewide. I like that it has straight level ceilings & sheetrock & panel doors throughout.. just like a regular site-built ranch home. The home would be perfect for setting up on a poured basement on some acreage in the country. Once it's installed on a basement on private land with a garage and outbuildings... its would be just like a regular farm house.

Chance, you need to come further west past Texas. There are some wonderful builders in Arizona, New Mexico and California. Cavco, Fleetwood and Champion all make some really beautiful Single and Double wide homes. I believe Cavco also does Triple Wide homes as well.

This is probably one of my favorites I’d add a fireplace to the master. The outside I’d have painted white with black trim. That’s about it lol

Wow, that kitchen!! Wow, that laundry room!! Wow, those guest bedrooms are huge!! Love that master door placement. All hardwoods!! Frosted window over master bathtub!! Uhhhhh that shower. Are you kidding?? This house is perfection and gorgeous. I think I might ask for a light gray instead of white, but other than that, this home is so perfect (for lack of a better word!!).

Not a fan of the floating shelves in the entertainment center. Would rather have the shelf go from one wall to the other so I have more shelf space. I would hope that when this home is set up for a customer that pipe for the shower head isn't cockeyed like it is in this one. That bend should be straight up and down. That being said I do like the home.

Wassup Chance?! How's it going?! I really like the coffee bar, and the laundry room, gotta have that sink, so I can have a place to rinse the mud off my shoes, and for the kitchen, gotta have that for food and cases of drinks, and extra appliances that don't get used everyday.

The coffee bar is a nice touch, but a small sink to fill the coffee pot would be nice

Now Chance, Winston does use wire racks as evidenced in the three bedrooms. There seems to be an inordinate amount of wasted space upon entering the home. The space could have been better utilized for some functional purpose. I believe Winston uses 2 by 6 lumber for the exterior walls and 2 by 4 lumber for the interiors walls. I sensed a more solid construction as opposed to others you’ve highlighted on the video. After enduring your jokes at the beginning of the videos, please do not give up your day job. You did an excellent job of narrating the video, as always.

I JUST UPDATED MY 1985 SINGLE WIDE AND IT LOOKS JUST LIKE THIS!! I WORKED MY BUT OFF! Im glad to see im on the right track with decor. I did EVERYTHING including sinks, facets, my floors are the same color and walls are gray or white with accent brick wallpaper in one bathroom. I got one room to go thats the master bath and bedroom. I just put up mother of pearl backsplash and white countertops, cabinets stain java color General finish. I have saved a lot of money considering I bought my mobile home for $7000! I look at chance videos for ideas of whats new and how i can get the look for less LOL! All my light fixtures come from goodwill lol. My husband rewire them and install while i spray paint and add crystals for chandeliers. I will have a new house in 1yr. I don't think we will ever sell it because we've tore it down to the studs even put in new electrical. Most of the work we've done ourselves! Thanks chance for helping me make my house a home! I look at comments on suggestions and listen to chance about upgrades. These videos are not just to buy a new place but to improve what you got!

This is a fabulous home! Good to see they’re using Hardy Board siding - what an upgrade for manufactured homes! Great floor plan - has room in the dining room for a China Closet/buffet. And, I didn’t know you were from Tupelo, MS! Bet you didn’t know there is a Tupelo, OK - with a population of about 330! Ha! My husband was born there! It’s about 20 miles south of Ada, where Blake Shelton is from - and I was born there! Well, enough for geography! 😍 Great video, Chance! Enjoyed it! The only thing missing was a corny joke!!! 😘

This is my dream home! ❤Big living room with a cozy fireplace. Beautiful kitchen with tons of cabinets. Very large sink in the utility room. Nice sized closets in all the guest bedrooms. I love the master tub & shower. That window brightens up the master closet. I wouldn't change anything about this home.

😍🤩😍LOVE LOVE LOVE this home!! That kitchen is terrific! Master closet a bit small but raise the shelf rod up a bit and add a 2nd one below and it would work great. Hubby is 6'4 1/2" so a higher reach would be great for him. Definitely on the top of my short list. Thanks for sharing it, Chance! Keep up the good work. Only changes I would make is maybe kitchen cabinet colors...maybe. But definitely would like the entire front to be the darker color with stone all the way across the front, if possible, with lighter color on sides, back and recessed entry way as it is on this show model. Love the ceiling and beams in the kitchen.

I’m. just a visually impaired house wife married to my husband since z1982. We currently live near Norris Lake in fact we’re close to Clayton Homes. I may be nearly blind but we have some friends who have a lovely modular home which changed my mind about them! Yours is 1 of 2 channels in this area and the only one I actually bing watch!' His job has kept us moving quite a bit, moving back to Tennessee, which is my.husbands homeland and where we met and started out together". Believe me and my husband will confirm that I would not have a problem putting things in.everyone of those kitchen cupboards and cabinets!!!! Just Saying, Jen

Pros Front porch TV wall, builtins in living room I'd rather have gas logs than the fake electric fireplace Crown moldings Dining room is good size with a wall for china cabinet Lots of cabinets and storage Efficient layout Pantry cabinet Stove vent hood Subway tile Kitchen sink with nice window over it Hard flooring throughout! Laundry room with sink (and a really good one at that!), cabinets and some countertop. Dryer is vented on exterior wall Guest bathroom is good size and has storage Guest rooms are good size with good closets Adequate master bedroom but only one wall can be used for the bed and opposite that wall is a double window. Where do you put the master TV? Double sinks in the master bath with plenty of storage Large master closet with builtin and wooden shelves Large shower in master bath with bench Biggest pros: Everything above, I really want to love this one. Cons Vinyl siding A lot of wasted floor space at front door (from door to living room, the foyer area) No coat closet at front door No microwave? No cleaning closet in laundry room. Room for one, but not one. You need a place to store the vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. Wire shelves in guest room closets Master bath tub is so short it's almost unusable You wasted space with the silly "water closet". I'd rather have a linen closet than a room just for a commode. The shower has a tall step over to get it. It has no builtin shelf and I HATE peekaboo glass. No safety bar in shower. Biggest cons: Vinyl siding. The master bath wasted space on a "water closet", the tub is too small and the shower has that high step over. I would trip on it and I'm disabled. I couldn't navigate it. Master bedroom has double windows facing the only wall you can put a bed on so where do you put the master TV? If you could fix these things, I love it.
