I got my Jumpsport 570 October 2016 I have used it 3 to 4 times a week for 7 years. I recently replaced my bungee with the 4 knots extra firm. The original bungee finley got furry and flat. The replacement were about $119. After 7 years thats not bad. The mat is still in great shape. I'm careful to not use street shoes on my Jumpsport. Use a pair of flexible running shoes that are only for rebounding. Im a old retired guy who will jump on this Jumpsport till I croak.

That’s amazing! Thank you so much for sharing that because I’m sure that’s so helpful for people to hear. I love mine too and find the quality is really good! To replace in 7 years isn’t bad at all 😊

If you’re trying to minimize as much noise as possible I recommend you get the skirt mat instead of the petal one. It makes a swishy noise every time you jump. I had to order a skirt mat replacement to swap it out. Other than that the unit is great quality and very sturdy. A huge upgrade from the bcan that I have.

Hello Sydney! I am totally new to rebounding. I am in the middle of treatment for breast cancer and also had a lymph node dissection. The removal of lymph nodes under my right arm as well as my treatment have made the movement of lymph in my body and the loss of bone density very real concerns. Rebounding was recommended to me as a means to deal with both of these new health concerns. Before my cancer diagnosis, I was very fit, and now I am working to rebuild my stamina and strength despite the persistent nausea. Anyway, I am glad I came upon your channel and reviews. I am interested in purchasing a JumpSports rebounder. You mentioned a coupon to apply towards the purchase of one, but I don't see how to access one, so I thought I'd reachout and see if that is even still offered. Thanks Sydney for your energy and enthusiasm! I look forward to getting started on this new workout adventure! 🙂

You are not the only person who says their bellicon provides a better experience than all the other good brands like Jumpsport. A man on RU-vid actually did a jumping demo on both his Jumpsport and his Bellicon. He said Jumpsport was good, but Bellicon was a lot better! And he jumped on both, but he got a higher bounce when he was jumping with the same level of effort on the Bellicon verse JS. I really want a Bellicon but I started with what I could afford for now. In about 6 months to a year I will upgrade.
@wendycam1700
@wendycam1700 11 месяцев назад
@@Taara265 I did the same as you. I got my Jumpsport in 2014, then upgraded the mat and bungees in 2020. I like a firm bounce. I've wanted a Bellicon forever but didn't think I should spend the money. I love it so much more. It gives a more comfortable bounce- not as jarring as the jumpsport, but I do miss being able to adjust the cords. I'm told Bellicon cords last longer, but we'll see. Both are great reounders but the Bellicon is the "Rolls Royce" of all lol!

I know, it was such an agonizing process to decide lol! I went with the biggest one they have- 49" I got it in the stainless finish with the screw on legs and grey cords in extra strong. The strongest ones are the ultra strong and the Bellicon rep talked me out of it due to my weight range. It's beautiful and I'm obessed with it! Worth every penny. what about going big? like 1.8 meter? what more could you do with a larger rebounder? now for the Black Friday the larger Acon is cheaper then the smaller 1.4 meter... a lot cheaper! should one invest in the larger and be happy with it? or is it over kill to get a 1.8 meter ? thanks for any advice!

What do you think about the petal skirt (vs a flat-lying skirt)? Does the petal skirt remain flat over time? My concern is getting my foot caught in one of the raised edges, but it does look more comfortable than the flat skirt.

I have had both round and hexagon. I love my onetwofit 52 inch hexagon because I can do some many more exercises on it. I find the bounce smooth. Do not purchase the metal spring rebounder. Too hard on the knees and the bounce is too firm. Also if you get any rebounder make sure you BALANCE IT. I didn’t do this the first time and broke the leg on one. Onetwofit explains how to balance. I’ve been rebounding for two years now and have tried four brands. My favourite so far is the onetwofit 48 or 52 inch. I now have both. One I keep outside the other in my house. Jumped and jacked are my favourite workout videos as she does the vids without talking. I have ADHD and am so easily distracted.

@@Jumpnjacked I received my Jumpsport rebounder a couple weeks ago. I was able to use it once before I had to go out of town for a week. I have never been on a trampoline of any kind and it sure felt different, but I felt it would be fun. I have walked, weather permitting, two miles everyday for many years and have grown tired of it. And I developed a new issue with one of my feet after walking on the hard road surface for so many years despite quality shoes. (I did check with my foot dr and he was totally in favor of my using the revbounder.) So I was looking for an alternative way to exercise besides bike riding which is also affected by the weather. Or swimming which I do not enjoy at all and don't want to pay some place so I can use their pool. I have never owned any exercise equipment except for a few free weights. I did not want a treadmill. It seems so boring and is a huge piece of stationary equipment. Somehow I stumbled on rebounding online and it looked fun, easier on the body, and the equipment wasn't huge or stationary. I watched many many videos and all the people loved it and talked about all the benefits it has. And I saw the report about it from NASA. So I bought one because I truly hope it does everything everyone claims it does. I did have one very big concern if I was going to invest money into this. I get dizzy extremely easy. My friend asked me once if the rotation of the earth made me dizzy. I said it might I don't know. So I did research on that and found many people saying that they suffer from the same thing but did well on the rebounder. This was a huge risk for me because once my head is unhappy it takes days sometimes weeks to recover. I did read that some people thought it helped prevent dizziness and it is supposed to help with balance which I need. So all that to say I tried it and I like it. I can see why it is so popular. It is a lot of fun. Ofcourse I take it easy and both of my feet don't leave the mat at the same time yet. I face a blank wall and stare straight ahead which helps big time. I do have a sort of airy sensation in my head after but it isn't dizziness and it fades quickly. I am hoping using it will help my head fight off dizziness better. I have used it 4 days in row now for 10 minutes each time. Unfortunately despite using the stance recommended I have tweaked my knee a little. I sprained it 45 years ago and every so often it acts up. So rarely though that I forget about it. So I guess I will have to take a few days off and once I try again I will do it every other day at first. I am really hoping it will feel better after a rest so I can start again and I have to figure out how not to tweak it again. I will let you know how it goes.

@@Jumpnjacked I have had my Jumpsport for a few weeks now. Right after I got it I had to leave town for a week so only had a chance to try it once before I left and I only tried it briefly. My biggest concern was I didn't know if bouncing on it would make me dizzy or not. I did do a lot of research on whether it made people dizzy or not before I ordered it. The overwhelming majority said it did not make them dizzy. I get dizzy extremely easily. Because of this a friend once asked me if the rotation of the earth made me dizzy. I told her it might I wasn't sure. So I am amazed and very happy to report that it does not make me dizzy. It does give me a sort of airy feeling in my head but it goes away quickly. I make sure I look straight ahead at a blank wall and that works. I did tweak my knee a little after using it the first few times. I sprained my knee many many years ago and 95% of the time it doesn't bother me so I forgot to be careful. I took a break for a few days and it felt better so I started again. I have walked two miles everyday for about 5 years now and have grown tired of it. I have to deal with weather, dogs, cars, and developed a problem with one of my feet. So when I came across rebounding which I can do safely in my house no matter the weather I was very interested and I kept hearing how wonderful it is and all that it does for the mind and body. I asked my foot dr about it and he was totally in favor of it. He said it would not hurt my foot. In fact the lesser impact of the rebounder would be good for my foot. I am enjoying it that is for sure. It is fun and every day I look forward to using it instead of having to talk myself into exercising. I am not seeing or feeling any changes in my body at all yet but I am hoping if I keep at it I will.
