Jun is now my favorite “mini”-boss in LC. Bro’s not even doing this out of malice, he just needs to deliver that monolith to his boss, and then comes this distorted Naruto OC looking ahh guy from literally nowhere and starts killing everyone. PLUS, unlike Ricardo he actually fights on his level without obscenely high clashes. He’s a chad.

The fact that this is an unfocused fight opponent with 4 different sin type attacks with every attack hitting like a truck is insane, the midboss is even worse than the actual final boss of the event truly insane.

Man Jun kicked my ass on MDH3 as well glad im not only one. The mounting trials (espeacially taking the receive 50% more dmg and deal 50% less was a mistake 😅), and the fact im barely halfway through the Starlight bonuses this fight walled me last night. The first time I ever failed any MD.

The absolute worst part about him is the god damn counter, like, *what do you mean he gets a a max 4 coin counter that he uses every turn that one shots any non tank id*

Dude like i went into a mini boss battle in mirror thinking it was going to be fine but Jun showed what true *pain* was the moment he did those double overhead slashes cause damn i had to retry again in order to avoid this man

Jun rolls way more heads than my sinners do at 45 sanity. Even worse is when he starts off an encounter with a counter. You know. The one that gets another coin per surviving member so he gets a 6 coin counter which basically deletes any sinner. Sadly didn't have any resources for a Sunshower Yi to give me protection. So he just bodied that sinner because he just kept rolling heads

Bro, the only thing that kept me from dying in my first enocunter with him in a MDH run was that all my sinners had a dodge skill, I just eveaded the fuck out of him to not proc his counter skill. He was easy pickings since the next turn after I kill all his goons he decided to solely target my Cinq Outis. I fell so vindicated when a Quick Suppression and fully charged DDEDR hit his overtuned ass open. So good, but also 1 hour of my life evaporated trying to kill this man.

ok but really wtf are you supposed to do against this guy on floor 5 hard mode. If you clash win literally everyone dies to the counter unless they are envy slash resist. And if you try guarding/countering you eat 100+ damage because of floor buffs for the enemy. Even evade at full sanity feels risky as hell when a single tails roll can mean death or stagger+++. The fact he isnt a focused encounter so that you cant choose which ID to take his attacks is the icing on the cake

I hated running into this mini boss in mirror dungeon. I strategy was straight up ego spam turn one and two till he only had a two coin counter.

There was a time two worlds lived in peace. But then some collapse has occured and made 2 of strongest factions to FIGHT. They are Kurokumo Clan and Blade Lineage. Then something awful happened, so Gregor and his people were managed tounite with Mersault and his studies. It happens that in the deepest part of The Mirror Dungeon is happen to live 2 of the strongest threats: Distorted Kim and Totally unbeatable blood-seeking Jim. Gregor and Mersault even asked Dante to use his abilities in order to research the area of Jim but it was totally in another place, in a corridor without any crossings to other ways. They heared that sound of the fingers going ready to grab the scabbard. It was just a 5 swordsmen. They easily defeated these bloodlusted amateurs without any wounds. But before some time gone, one last one was SCREAMING FOR HELP and It's summon was definitely reasonable as the other 5 are got there in no time. One of them was HIM, The Blood-seeking Jim. The battle Had started with Mersault going to yield his flesh to claim the bones of Jim, but the next second body of dead mentor was lying on the floor. So does Gregor, Faust, Rodion, all of them. Dante used his ability so many times he couldn't even count that far before. The struggle was intense but meaningless. No matter how they tried, Jim was just taking over place. So they came to the only right choice. To give up. To foreit the exploration as they kept dying without any progress. Both the captain and mentor was really tired, so does their subordinates. They decided to went their world. Where Gregor was found drunk the next day. While Mersault looked tired as he hasn't slept for a week. A lot of papers and broken boards was found around.

I've lost 1 sinner to Jun so many times on Non-BL runs, I've taken to calling it the "Jun Tax".

i feel that too, i can only farm event points in the mirror dungeons because i haven't reached to those latter chapters yet to unlock it, and unironically Jun for me is harder for me than the actual distorted kim fight, like, rules of the backstreets goes crazy.

I beat him with a low clashing ass rupture team, no kimsault basically I just avoided attacking him, if anyone with evade was being targetted i let them evade and prayed for rng as i slowly wittled down the stupid fucking goons (Floor 4)

Wait, why the hell can he show up on floor 5 in MD3H? His whole mechanic (atleast from my pov) was defeating his allies while using defensive skills to stall Jun until his counter does next to nothing. What are you meant to do when his allies are tanky as shit, you die if you win the clash (to claim their clouds) and you barely survive if you use counter / fail the dodge check?

Launch day limbus player. Run md 1-3 times per week. This was the first time i had to quit md run because i simply could not win the encounter... Tremor team in md3h was easier than this guy with c. coin

I never failed Mirror Dungeon because of Jun so far but every time I fought him, I would have to retry the fight several times just to get a good rules of the backstreet rng so now I just don't fight him anymore if I can help it (and BL Meursault helps a lot when I run hard too). Bamboo Kim is so much easier than him, it's crazy. If I may, why are you playing on hard despite having already collected the bonus? Is it to get more starlights or as a personal challenge? You don't get more battlepass exp than normal from it once you used the weekly bonus so that's why I was wondering.

Jun in MD3H is literally unfair. You get him on floor 5, the run is dead. You can manage other elite nodes by just spamming EGO, but this? His counter WILL kill someone when he uses it unless they resist BOTH Slash and Envy , and being a human fight you have basically no control on who will trigger it. And using EGOS is a death sentence since the AoE risks hitting him and making the counter proc, but at the same time most of the skills in an elite floor 5 node are borderline unclashable without EGOs or extremely high rolling skills like DDEDR. Oh, and PRAY you're using people with evade skills, if you're not even stalling until the adds are dead is not gonna end well
