Running the little sue in higher water. A little early for kings yet. Running a 12' jon boat with a 6.5hp SPS mudmotor. I'm not happy with the go-pro vibration.
Yeah there was a weird vibration there. I know there's a way to do it with less vibration, the mini jet boaters have figured it out. Another thing I noticed is that if you allow RU-vid to "stabilize" the video it can make it seem funky too. With the videos where I'm holding my phone or wearing my GoPro on my head yeah it moves, but it doesn't have that funky flowing thing that happens when I let RU-vid stabilize it. I want to mount my GoPro somewhere, at least on a post that I can pick up and move if I want to look somewhere else because sometimes I want to show what the prop and shaft are doing when going over shallows and obstacles. +temple Dillard I know why it does it I just need to figure out how to isolate it from the hull. It looks like it is worse when I took out a couple of the joints that allow adjustments. I can't bring myself to wear the go pro 😆. I do agree about the RU-vid editing, when ever I have used it, it makes the video pretty funky. So this is with the stock 6.5 lifan it moves pretty good.
