Not sure why I was rtecomended this but I have worked with altzeimers & dementia patients. They usualy only get agressive when they are scared or confused. Best solution is to go with what they belive to be real at the time and speak to them in a calm voice. I always like to Say their name in every sentence I speak becouse they lets them know that I know who they are. One thing you should absolutely avoid is to question their reality they think they are in. Instead use calm and collected words to convince them they have to sit down and wait becouse we are doing whatever they think they are doing later. Or we are waiting for someone. Lets go Emma!
