For whatever reason they choose to do so, it was their private matter and no one likes people gossiping about them, even though we know people gossip. I would bet that if Noah did the same thing, the American people would have had his head. Could the information she shared be of any value, of course it can. Say for instance Shacarri got wind of the fact that Sherika is running much faster than her, it could change Sharrica's entire Psyche, making her less relaxed and so on.
