I’m a mess since hearing it. Sobbing. This one just hit different. He chose this song for a reason especially after the online concert. JK has the ability to sing with such vulnerability that he makes you feel every single word. I physically felt every single word like he pierced through my soul. Have been steadily working my way through the archives, FAM, and found this gem today. JK's vocal talent is otherworldly. He's on my very short list of singers who could sing anything--even a page out of an old school phone book--and I'd pay to listen. Charlie Puth said that JK is one of two singers he'd worked with who laid down a perfect vocal, just cut and paste. These covers are evidence of JK's ridiculous range and versatility. The clear, sustained belt of that note y'all replayed? Chills.

Not gonna lie, this is the first time that any singer has made me genuinely tear up/cry over a song. 😭 Jungkook really knows how to emote when he sings, and it really shows in this cover. I still tear up every time I listen to this because his voice is just beautiful. Harry did an amazing job writing this song, it's absolutely gorgeous!

I hadn’t heard this song before… so when “you’ll never need me agggaaaaiinnn” came in, my jaw dropped too. Off the top of my head, I don’t think JK has ever had the chance to sing an all-out belting ballad like this. Hearing his full voice on that high sustained note (along with those words) gave me the same wow moment you guys had. 😳 Petition for BTS and JK to co-write some ballads like this for him as part of the group catalogue.

The fact that 2 years ago yesterday was the last day of the last offline concert bts performed in front of armys makes it more emotional. Jungkook is one of the best vocalists i've heard, his voice just makes you feel the right emotion. The lower register, voice modulations and the granulation effect he added in his voice (which is unlike his usual voice) just hits straight to the heart.💜

Our sweet little Kookie is ALL grown up! New chills level on this one, started at the base of my spine and radiated up through scalp and down to my toes!!! JK harmonizing with himself is soooooooooo good!!! Harry is a megastar and his version is also beautiful and the video is stunning - sure would like for JK to do one! He uses the lower register of his voice more in this than he does BTS songs most of the time, and I looooove that little "break" he has down there!!! And can we talk about how flawless his English is here??

Harry Styles is from the group 1 Direction. When the group disbanded they went on to become solo artist and Harry Styles had become one of the more successful soloist from the group. But Harry Styles also has an amazing voice and Jungkook did an amazing job. He put so much emotion into the song and I love this version. Jungkook has so much talent it is crazy and he English is even gotten better as well. Jungkook the Golden Maeknae everybody!

This song is about feeling like he’s becoming someone he didn’t want to be and he didn’t like it. JK always pays attention to the meaning behind a song and I think he’s maturing and learning more about who he is.

This style of singing is actually something he used to do a long time ago… and he def has been able to hold and maintain belts like no one’s business… but ppl just kinda dismiss it or down play it bc it’s another members “style” and can be a bit territorial… jks lower register is something I misss SO much bc he hasn’t been given the chance to highlight that part of his voice in a long time. It’s impossible to know what jungkook can do vocally without listening ti him sing other songs outside of BTS… bc he’s so limited in BTS… they all kind of are bc they get stuck in a certain category.. if that makes sense… but it’s why a lot of people don’t remotely understand how crazy his versatility is !

do you think its new or you think he doesn't get a chance to show case it in BTS - I feel like they all assigned a role and he's voice is supposed to be the higher register cos V is the lower register, like with the rapping. We all know how good a rapper JK is but they need him as a vocalist so they stopped him rapping - personally I think he doesn't get to showcase a lot of his vocal ability including rap as part of is role in BTS - ant shine brighter than the others
