Thanks for sharing Adam. Interesting to hear how it works for other performing artists out there :-) I totally get the " learning how to put up a face" part, but with Kookie it is different somehow, yet. At least in how I perceive him myself. I am hyper sensitive to shifts and switches in human behavior ( as in seeing through pretending, scheming, faking, acting, lying, manipulating etc) and he comes out as a one big fat zero on the chart of pretend game for me ( in other words a no-filter-on personality) . He must be one of the most pure and natural looking persons I have ever seen in life. He acts as if he has never lost that precious part of us we all do when we inevitably transition from childhood to adulthood. He exudes an incredible and almost super natural vibe /aura around him that I do not feel around anybody else in BTS. It just radiates off from him - smooth, air-light, easy, flawless, natural, organic, genuine, raw, untainted, clean, innocent.... there are so many ways to describe it - an ultimate and very, very, very unique IT factor basically. Jin, for instance, is an introvert as well and to me it is very obvious that the whole WWH stunt he incorporated into his daily routine is a mask and mask only. He plays that part and I do know he does. He slips into it and out of it and you can see the shift happening. With Jungkook it is different - he is uniquely smooth and totally seamless. Whatever he does makes you believe it is absolutely nothing to him, like he has been born with it, like it is his second skin, no big deal at all ....an ultimate breeze :-) He comes across as if lived mindfully in a zone at all times somehow. Confident, untamed, free and natural. To summarize my novel here - he is an entrancing enigma to witness and an incredibly interesting person to follow ( and he is not even my bias, lol, "just" a wrecker).

Can totally relate because despite my shy and introvert nature, I never had stage fright..... I clam up around people but the stage charges me up!

RIGHT? He is so smooth rapping, I wish they gave him a few rapping lines just for the thrill of it lol

I do like them all don’t get me wrong, but there is just something different about him, which I think you explained pretty well. I could see from his younger days, before he debuted, before he even signed with BH, his introverted personality but he got over that not long before he debuted. They said he almost didn’t debut because of it. I think the other guys helped him come out of his shell a lot, especially V.
