As usual John really interesting presentation..you're such a star....what rude people...I used to work in Whitehall as a Jenny Wren...through a tiny door in the corner of Horseguards Parade..the architecture was wonderful to an 18 year old....used to Windsor as a small girl, only that castle was Fairy tale for me and still is. London is a very special place for fine buildings. All this went on whilst I worked in places under the ground where you John are standing....all very hush hush....Guards just as handsome then....we all love your stories and information...are the Russians really Ukrainians..they all speak Russian...take care..stay cool ....

That was definitely a splendiferous day. Looks lovely. Funny thing is just as you went to ask the cops what was up outside the parade ground, I was just thinking, I'll BET they just all happened to be heading off for a break and just decided to escort the horses over lol.... And then they confirmed it. I'm so clever 😅. Nice bollard dodge BTW. I'm feeling for the Mounted troopers tho. It'd be SO hot in the wool tunic without adding the cuirass and boots.

Even if the guards weren't paid well during their service, when they leave having it on their CV is going to impress any potential employer. It proves their discipline and reliability.

Forgot to add I hope people watched The Kings Guards on Channel 5 last night ,more about the Troopers learning to ride , and about the rivalry between the regiments , worth a watch .

What a beautiful chestnut in that group of horses you first saw . How many languages do you speak John ? We know you speak French yesterday Russian ? My daughter learnt Russian when she was with Cirque du Soleil as a gymnast , in return she helped the Russians with their English . You show us some lovely sights in London thank You .😊

The Six horses who came down the Mall. 3 Black and 3 light brown some with almost blond mane and tails . Beautiful horses. 3 Black are Horse Guard but the other 3 are they Horse Guard or some other regiment. Hands free filming way to go John. At least you can remove outer clothing but the Guards are still in their heavy regimental uniform, metal helmets and breast and back protection armour 🥺 on. 😓😥😢😓
