Hey Steph... I just wanted to say thankyou for the time and effort you put into your studioweb course. I have ADHD and when you change scenes, make jokes, brush off the lens, bring out a paper pad, change the snake (python) photo... it all gives me a chuckle and keeps me interested and studying. Just wanted to say thanks.
I'm 32 years old. I've been working with laravel since laravel 4, nothing commercial just side projects and helping out friends but ive keept up with the updates. Now I'm seriously thinking of switching my main focus towards turning it into a full-time job either freelance or applying for companies. I just don't know if it's too late for me to apply to companies since I'll be transitioning from doorman to web developer. I do have some good communication skills and coding skills but I'm not sure if it is a good fit for me since I'm a 32-year-old applying for a junior developer job. I'd love some feedback
Come up with good solutions that save your company money. Also, follow the wisdom of "Scotty" from Star Trek. Overquote your time by just enough to look amazing.
Do you do any mentoring or have a course of getting local clients and building web app solutions (websites but also full stack web applications) for them? I am now realizing the 9-5 grind is not for me
@@StefanMischook I'm glad you took notice to my comment, but that is not a practical solution. Imagine forcing the 3.4K people watching the video to turn the volume up. Or, it could be solved right at the source. If I watch, say, 10 videos on youtube, majority of them have decent volume, that is, I don't have to adjust. Then there are others. Yours is low. Also, the intro and outro are way too high. I lower to the volume to get around the intro, but the video is low. I raise the volume, but then there's the outro, so I have to lower. The video itself doesn't even have consistent range. I hope you consider fixing these.
I'm relatively "new", I'm 23 right now, but I think, and that's my opinion, that to a guy to be so likeable, as you said in 3:20, he will need to have a girlfriend/wife that pushes him up. I 100% believe that being alone and just living by yourself won't build up that "friendly" and "happy" persona 😅 (Sorry for the misspellings)
