I'm so glad that you're feeling better and in a nicer work place that suits your well being. You know, our environment (work, friends, company we keep) has a significant impact on our energy levels. Whether we realize it or not, our energy is contagious, so being aware of that can be helpful.
PS I've been in social work most of my career and now I'm completely burned out by being overworked and underpaid. Going rogue now for a bit of recalibrating 🙂
