So when our hobbies include making things for others we can also consider it part of our "self-care"...because we enjoy it so much. ( and we are doing an activity that brings us so much happiness) I love to sew so im really enjoying making a baby quilt for my niece. Lovely quotes today, peaceful thoughts. "A flower doesnt compete...it just blooms." Good lesson for us. Well that little 2 hole stitch journal is just adorable. It can be stitched and tied on the inside or the outside. Its amazing how much you can add to a few pages and it becomes so fluffy, chunky, and chock full of treasures and memories. You always show us projects that are a JOY to make. ❤ Thank you, Janet.

Flo needs to get her sewing machine out and make something miniature lol 😆 I would love to be able to crochet I have recently brought a kit, I love the mini grannie squares in all different colours that are popular now Janet ,I like rounded corners on projects too it gives it a nice touch . Freddie was reflecting towards the end too I love him haha 😍 xx

@@janetnash he couldn’t see the phrase on the mug, but I think it was something about letting it snow, or being a snowy day because it looked like snowflakes all over the mug. I had a similar mug years ago that I used all year around because I liked it so well. And yours reminded me of that which was kind of funny because I lived in Florida at the time ha ha ha ha and I didn’t want to give up the mug.!

These quotes collected from the community are so incredibly helpful to read. We can never remind ourselves of the importance of self-care and being kind to ourselves on our journey. And what a gorgeous journal you have created and generously given away. 😍 Love Flo’s green page with the hearts and froggie! 🐸 Always appreciate how you share easy ways we can create journals. I think it was the simplicity of how you put together the little journal your were showing us how to make, when you said it was just four pages I thought oh I can do that.
