I've made a few of those little journals with half-magazines and just LOVE them. Once they're done, I cover them in stamped or painted napkins so they're background "ready" all set to be decorated. Easy, fun. And they have such a great feeeeeeeeeel to them. Oh wonderful thank Kim, I will have such fun writing these quotes in the rainbow journal and will read them out on Monday. We have been walking past the giving tree for many a year. In Feb 2023 I made some hearts of love and hung them in the tree and myself and other local people have added since then. Just adds a little smile to people’s day 😊 Have a lovely weekend. ❤️

Hello Janet and Freddie, thank you for another friendly Friday flip-through! Maitri is a familiar word in Buddhism (I think from Sanskrit), meaning unconditional loving kindness. It’s a beautiful practice to reflect on those phrases (May you be safe, May you be well, May you be happy, May you have peace) and send loving kindness to all - starting with oneself!!
