I completely understand the struggles. I have been overweight for 35 years. God has been so good to me..I have lost 92 pounds this year with about 35 more to go. I could have NEVER done it on my own...I have tried and failed so many times. God gets all the glory for guiding me and leading me. With God's strength you can do it! I heard your comments on your wt. struggle. I truly understand, having been over 500 lbs at one point. I have lost almost 300 lbs on a well formulated ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting. I no longer need insulin shots for diabetes and have NORMAL blood sugars now. I also had many other improvements to my health. I also prayed a lot. If you haven't explored a ketogenic diet you might want to. I just made myself a low carb pumpkin bread and a pot of creamy chicken mushroom soup for my one meal a day. It's very easy to incorporate into holidays, vacations, and just day to day life. I just wanted to put this information out for others that struggle. It was a lifetime struggle for me before keto. and IF. I pray this information can help you and others reading the comments.

Hey Kimmy don't worry about it I've struggled with my weight all my life I was a chunky little girl kids even called me cannon ball in school Lynn school but I lost it when I was in high school I gained it all back and now I'm on my way down again I hope but just keep the faith and determination a lot of prayer just ask the Lord for disarmament
