The slip and fall instant replay had me in stitches. Had to replay it several times just to make sure you didn't hit your head on the tailgate and your bottle stayed upright.

When I was a young shade tree, I worked for Datsun for about 5 years. I saw some of these trucks with a million miles on them. I wish someone still made this truck. lol

During the worst of the cold snap, my wife and I were riding our 45 year old John Deere snowmobiles up in Northern Wisconsin. We have a crew that comes in from all over the country to participate. Good times.

I live in a city where it doesn't snow and a country where tornadoes are a rare thing that maybe get to a F0.5 and make national news. However, if there is one thing that Auckland, New Zealand is famous for (well, locally anyway) is that it rains. It rains in summer and it rains in winter and the only way we know summer is coming is because the rain gets warmer. It's not unusual to have winds in September through to December that top out around 70 or 80mph and are a constant 30 or 40mph near the coasts. The best weather is when its windy AND raining. If the weather is coming from the north east, we get at least five straight days of squally rainy weather. If the wind direction changes, it can blow that sucker back the other way and we get another 5 days of it to add to the fun. A couple of years ago, we got the wettest January (our high summer) on record and 20 of the 31 days were wet. So much for the folks on holiday that went camping! Right now, we're getting rain for five out of seven days and windy for the other two....and we've got another month until winter starts. Last winter over June and July, we had rain for 48 days straight. Reading this, you could get the impression that rain is not something I like, and you'd be right...but it does mean I don't need to mow the lawn!

Another memory from my first truck was dredged up when you were power washing the engine. I had the bright idea to do that at a car wash back in the day. Opened up the hood and sprayed and cleaned and got everything pretty. Then tried to drive home and it wouldn't start. That was when I learned that distributor caps work better dry.

Enjoyed the video. Love the rescues. We should all be maintaining our rigs so they do not become somebody's rescues I have 2-71 Datsun 521's where I had one for 43 yrs and the other fir 25 yrs. Extremely durable and reliable. Been up to Alaska and cross country multiple times carrying all possessions years ago never letting me down. Holding on to these treasures has made me a collector of sorts.

I know in California, in the Lowrider Community they love little trucks like this. I've seen them have the beds Dance, spin around and tilt all over the place. They luve the vehicles.

that looks like my older brother Bills truck that he used to deliver chips and candy merch over in Vinita in the 70's until it got stolen and crashed over by Big Cabin. My younger brother Mike rebuilt it at the Vo tech body shop as part of his class project. I liked how worked and got myself a new 76 Datsun truck when I graduated Boot camp.

A crew I used for installing carpeting in houses used leftover pieces in their trucks, tucked in under the trim and it looked factory. It was so weird it was beautiful.

Brings back memories,my father bought the exact truck new and he drove it for miles,I grew up riding around in it and even learned to drive in it. Thank you for the revival,glad it sold and will have a new life again. Awesome work and great show
