I love "Street Dogs" wrapped in bacon with crazy toppings on them. They were born in Sonora Mexico and made their way up to Hollywood, where street venders serve them up as the sun goes down. 1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tbs chili sauce (brand I buy is linked below)
1 tbs yellow mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs diced pickled jalapeno peppers

The first minute was a big slap to the face of the people who shitted on you because of the mashed potato burguer. I like healthy food too! And I would love to see some variation to the classic ways of doing things. Nothing wrong with that burguer. Keep it up! Ps.: This one is pretty good too. In Greek cuisine, the Gyros sandwich is made with french fries in it (Don't see that in the US versions though), and it's delicious. So I don't see adding potato in different forms on to a burger such a deviation from what I grew up eating and loving (I grew up in Greece).

Emmanuel Smith originally, was not made with French fries in it. The shops started adding them in the late 80’s, early 90’s, and personally I thing they ruin the taste of a good quality gyros meat. IMHO, they should stay a side, in both occasions...

The burger with mashed potatoes on it shows great creativity and that's what cooking is all about. Meat and potatoes go hand in hand so just ignore the haters. Where I'm from we eat brown gravy on our french fries and people from out of the area think it's weird. Gravy and potatoes are made for each other. Stay true to what you're doing, brother.

kano morojele In utero i wouldn't be able to tell. I would need to have an ultrasound done while eating one to see lol. But really I wouldn't trust it. Pregnant women shouldn't eat spicy foods due to heartburn and indigestion. If you wouldn't give the baby a jalapeno when its just born, it wouldn't make sense to do it when it's unborn. Hope that helps ☺

Probably the best looking burger that I've ever seen. I would of swapped out the cheddar for cooper's sharp American but that's only because I have to have American on my burgers and on any hot grinder. Nice work on this one, yum 👍

I treat mine like cast iron. After the cook, while it is still hot I will clean off any remnants of food and wipe it off real good. After it has cooled a little, but is still hot, I give it a thin coat of cooking oil, like peanut or canola.

bacon patties are a thing so no reason you can't. Also a bacon weave is a fun twist for putting bacon on top of your burger. You could even just keep chopping while on the flattop (or pan, anything with a full surface) and just get the bacon (and dogs) as finely (rough) chopped as you can then just keep smashing it together. That would eventually make it patty like as well (id prolly throw in some herbs with this tactic, parsley prolly, just seems like the right thing to do).

I made this today with my hubby and it was delicious! 😍 amazing sauce!! And btw don't apologize to the haters. I bet that burger with mashed potatoes tasted awesome! Keep up the good work! :)
