i've never once owned a honda. but i feel like i could walk up to any honda and take it apart and tell you exactly how to id the parts in. been watching this shit for maybe 4ish maybe 5ish years now and im like "i dont own a honda but im a honda guy" now
Always good car porn with a junkyard run. The only thing better than watching is actually being at the yard walking the rows. Can’t wait for the dyno session coming up
@@hcracer1981 i watch a few channels just cause they always do junk yard runds. i live in NYS where we dont have the options for pick and pulls or junk yard parts for that matter (unless i drive like an hour or more away) so im in AWE every time i see junk yards. i would be such a hoarder it wouldn't even be funny. not for one brand either. i'd be pulling from EVERYTHING and reselling it
Thanks for taking us to the junkyard with you, Dana!,I love your junk yard runs!, It seems your fans on your channel really like to go to the junkyard with you thanks again buddy...........
Hey buddy, side note, on that clock, if the car is off and you push on that pull down tab, the clock lights up. Loving the EG build as my first Honda was a b18 EG sedan.
Definitely a eudm cluster, jdm cluster only goes to 180km/h. Also with the ignition off you can display the clock by pressing the bottom flap. It will light up for a few seconds
This series has been awesome, I have a eg hatch also but b series so your teaching me some things. I paid a premium for my blue confetti seats but they were basically brand new front and backs
Black Currant Pearl on the accord. In 97 honda had a limited edition accord that I think was the first year honda used that color. I dont know hondas or accords real well but I like cool paint colors.
That purplish Accord is a color Honda called Black Currant Pearl. Bought one new back in 99 and the clear failed before it was 2 years old. It was pretty for awhile!
PLease tell me you cleaned the clock before install?! lol thanks for vid! Always fun watching junkyard runs. Blueberry lookin nice! Edit: Oh no he didn't clean it!!!!
Hey bro u should definitely get the arm rest from out of the 4door eg Civic bcuz they only come in the 4drs bro n they bolt right up in hatches. Every1 around my way use to do that look for 4door to get the arm rest n some of them comes with the jdm double din the bolt up between were ashtrey is n the cup holder n u will have the jdm unit in ur hatch. I know I've got a couple of both of them out of the 5doir when I use to go to will when I was able to go there but can't now bcuz I'm in wheelchair
I use to find clocks all the time in the junk yards and install them in my EG, those dash trims are super sensitive so you wanna be careful, I've broke a few of them in the past. Keep Blueberry because the EG hatch is getting harder and harder to find and they are like gold in the Honda community, especially with full complete interior. I had a ITR JDM cluster in my DC2 and the face plate was carbon fiber from the factory, not sure about the Civic ones though...
As most tsx i see in the junk yards, their valve covers removed and the cams, valve train, cam gears and chain exposed to the rain and other elements. What a waste. People need stuff like these and it’s unbelievable the people who do that. Talk about being inconsiderate to the general public!!!
Dam wish we had yards like that here in the east coast im in Delaware and the few U-pull-it yard we did hsve stopped doing the "u pull it" and u can only call ask if they have wat u need then they pull the part its bullshit
Man I need to get an integra im 34 it has been my dream car since 16 had one but the frame was cracked so I only had it four a couple hours before my granddad who took me to buy it stormed into the sellers house to get my money back lol I was 17
