Geiger got me back into reading/collecting comics after I stopped back in 1994. I got every issue of Geiger and the 82 page Geiger special that came out , and then I got every issue of Junkyard Joe. I love every issue of Geiger and JYJoe and I can't wait to see what they have in store for us next!
Wow, i really liked this story. It's interesting to see and feel sympathy for a robot, who doesn't say a word, suffering from PTSD and being discarded after the war, probably can make some type of commentary there. I went back to reread Geiger after this, and it's pretty cool seeing references to Junkyard Joe and Muddy within that story. It feels interconnected like a phase 1 Marvel movie. Looking forward to see what else this universe offers.

I've really enjoyed your channel. Your presentation gives a lot of new ones to the storytelling that I didn't notice reading comic books as I grew up. It's still strange to me how the creators of "the Boys" show embraced your content while the creators of the "Invincible" cartoon had you take your content down.
The level of storytelling without Joe saying a word and no flexing of his face at all. I’d say it’s almost cinematic. The narrative is carried so well with the other characters without feeling like exposition. I am digging this so much. Damn fine storytelling. I’m gonna go watch Geiger again.
Ik im a lil late and like not to ☝️🤓 but i think that’s the northerner at the end. The fatigues are more akin to a civil war soldier, specifically that hat… but either way sick!
Thanks for shedding some light on some great books. This and the genie one from the other week were outstanding. Marvel and DC might be a mess right now, but it's good to know there's still some great indie stuff being made.
There has been a few one shot issues. Recently a book called Red Coat started being published. Nothing that has made it enough issues to be collected in a trade paperback yet though.
Wow. Not accusing Johns of plagiarism but Junkyard Joe is an awwwwful lot like DC's G. I. Robot. And the Nuclear Knights from Geiger are just like The Atomic Knight in DC.
I’m considering it. Is there a reason that book is really popular right now? I’ve had 6 requests for it in the last few weeks, whereas it was hardly mentioned before.

Miss - young lady Mrs- (miss-iz) married woman Ms- (mizz) widdow I LOVE the material you cover. You don't stick to the mainstream. Introducing people to amazing comics, people wouldn't otherwise see. However you should get someone to preview your content as unfortunately your not as clever as you think you are. A lot of times you do get things wrong. Still love what you do
