It's possible Juno Reactor sampled. Several tracks on Beyond the Infinite contain samples (like Silver uses the monkey chant from Baraka). No mention of it on Wikipedia or any other source I can find, though. But Baraka was released in 1992 and this album came out in 1995-96.
