If the grinder no longer rotates, there may be leaches on the engine coals or the thermal fuse has tripped and interrupted the current in the line. Of course, this could also be due to a defect in the control board.

Just a question, if the grinder is actually constantly rotating as soon as the machine is turned on, do you think this could be linked to the electronic or the grinder itself?
