Well, at long last, here it is. Almost two years since I started this series of videos and MUCH demand for it, we’re FINALLY taking a tour of the Cenozoic era - the time after the extinction of the dinosaurs, when the mammals took over the Earth. And boy did they blossom into a HUGE variety of forms - from tiny forest foragers to towering herbivores to fierce saber-toothed predators to woolly Ice Age giants to the mighty whales. And even aside from the mammals, there was plenty of other creature varieties roaming the Earth at this time - large killer birds, snakes as long as buses, giant monitor lizards, the world’s biggest shark, there’s just SO much to unpack here! And now, it’s finally time to give the age of mammals its time in the spotlight as we arrive at possibly the most anticipated stop on our prehistoric journey - on top of the longest single video in the series so far. And as the possibility of a Jurassic World Evolution 3 looming on the horizon, the series enters a new phase, under a new banner to prepare for the potential reveal.

Thylacine *(3 / 10)* So yeah, I actually got this one done a *_LOT_* more quickly than I thought I would! I was set on having it release next Saturday, but seeing just how complete it was and Jurassic World so fresh in everyone’s minds with the release of Chaos Theory, I figured: “Eh, why not just release it now?” We’ll have to wait and see how things go with the production of the Portugal, Spain and Italy episode. It’s got a much shorter list of animals than this one, but still, ya never know what might happen sometimes, right? And yeah, assuming the Park Managers’ Collection Pack is indeed the last hurrah for Evolution 2, I’ve changed the title of the series to the “Jurassic World Evolution *_2 & 3:_* Species Predictions Series”. There’s always the off chance they might produce at least *_ONE_* more DLC, but still just thought it’d be best to prepare for such a scenario.

smilodon and mammoth are good choice but i would love to see dire wolves in it because wolves are my favorite animal

I say Woolly mammoth, Smilodon, Titanis, Woolly rhino, Basilosaurus, Arctodus, Megaloceros, Andrewsarchus, Dodo, Argentavis, Giant moa, Quagga, Thylacine, Titanoboa, Megalania, Megatherium, Doedicurus, Gigantopithecus, Archaeotherium, Paraceratherium, Purussaurus, Livyatan, Chalicotherium, Hyaenodon, Uintatherium & Ambulocetus will better officially appear in JWE3 & as for the other 15 species (Kelenken, Phorusrachos, Elasmotherium, Thylacosmilus, Gastornis, Daeodon, Entelodon, Embolotherium, Deinotherium, Arsinoitherium, Amphicyon ingens, Odobenocetops, Moeritherium, Aenocyon {Dire wolf} & Dorudon), they will appear in more upcoming DLCs after JWE3 gets released, right👍😉🦣🐅🦍🦤🦌🦬🦏🐫🐎🐻🐊🦚🐧🦅🐬🐋🦘🦒🌌

I dont think Jwe2 would have the necesary capacity to include these animals, but as JWE3 is confirmed this would be possible.

I really like how you include the sounds of the beasts mentioned. Ps, for the Megalania they just need to upsize the Komodo dragon from Planet Zoo and then they could REAALLY call it a day

Mammoth were actually supposed to appear in Camp Cretaceous, as a living animal. Unfortunately they were ultimately cut. I very much hope that mammoths appear in JWE but also any sort of Jurassic media, such as a tv show or movie

I hope Smilodon appears in the upcoming 2025 Jurassic Park movie. If only one prehistoric mammal could be in it, that's the obvious choice. That and the Terror Birds too, since they are dinosaur-ajecent enough to me

Great video mate, I can’t thank you enough for continuing this T-Rexcellent series, I and so many of your other JWE2 fans appreciate it, looking forward to the next video, also the Dodo actually has a minor lore connection to the film franchise as it appeared in Fallen Kingdom on a poster in the DOG headquarters.

Anytime, man! Yeah, I did come across that while making the video, but I didn’t address it as I wasn’t sure if it was a big enough detail to consider. But then again, we just got Segisaurus after *_YEARS_* of it just being an image on a brochure, so it could definitely help the Dodo’s chances out.

I think Eohippus and Hyracotherium have more chances to appear than the quagga. I also see Megacerops over Embolotherium. Other animals you didn't mention that I think have some chances are Macrauchenia, Pelagornis, Sivatherium, Megistotherium, Thylacoleo, Toxodon and Diprotodon, among others.

Titanoboa could work as a semi aquatic species in our lagoons and maybe it’s just because I’m half Irish, but I do hope the Megaloceros gets added to the roster someday.
