When you're stuck on 4.7/4.8 stars.. don't start over!! simply mess around with your amenity coverage a little and their needs and this alone should help, or place some guest attraction next to them!!!
Was at 4.9, storm hit (how convenient) and now it won't get above 4.2 stars no matter what...sitting at 72 million, i decided to make a save file copy, tear down and sold everything, starting over clean with 72 million 😅
@@mysticwolf007 northwest usa stuck at 4.2 95 milion a no place to build even restroom, 2 hours spend mixing dinos and finaly i put 10 tylos in 6 section lagoon and 3 indoraptor in small space , it worked like charm .
Just wanted to say thank u for putting in the time and effort of these vids, they really are a big help and make the challenges a lot more fun..It’s especially helpful the way u list the recommended steps in detailed chronological order and which Dino’s u use for specific paddocks…It’s very evident the amount of time and effort u put into these vids, and it’s very much appreciated!
Love the videos! Something I learned for the comfort for the dinosaurs, when air dropping them you can spread them around, put one on each side of the enclosure so when they start waking up the comfort level is increased straight away, another is I tranquil use them and drop them onto the other side of the enclosure if they never walk there. Basically force them to explore.
Thank you so much for these challenge videos. And with that, I've gotten all of the achievements for this game :) Been playing this game off and on for almost two years, but with your videos I beat the Jurassic modes within a couple of weeks. Thanks for all that you do!
Cracked it in in 5hrs 15 mins thanks to your amazingly helpful guide. I too got the ticket sales option at 4.3 stars so took it immediately, despite this I had two more areas ready to go and probably would have got to 5 stars soon after. Those guest attractions really work despite taking up a big area. Thanks again for your sterling efforts.

Thanks a lot for your videos and tips on the Jurassic Challenges. Helped a bunch even after the updates. Finally finished Southwest after 12hours lol, had to unload 2 Tylo's into a lagoon to finish the job.
Thank you for helping me clear 2 of 5 Jurassic challenges so far. I know these videos are a few years old, but wanted to let anyone reading the comments know that profit doesn't matter for the star ratings, only income does. So you don't need to fire scientists, etc. in the late game to get 5 stars. I usually focus on profit in the early game to get money for research, dinos, etc. but near the end adjust amenities to maximize income vs. profit (unless you still don't have a lot of money to spend on necessities). I'm slow getting to the finish line so usually have quite a bit of $ stacked up late game.
Just a small tip u can build this SW challenge with less effort and time. Just use 1 gyrosphere tour at first and build connected enclosures trough the canyon..its insane fast if u do it right and u only need two amenetie stations with monorails
Small tip. When the storms start you can jusf delete the dino gates so they dont open up and replace them when the storms over. Never had 1 escaped dino.
OMG 5 hours even I got it with your help. Idk if it was a bug when I did it but I didn’t use any monorails. I built a gyro station on first paddock and use the the track to go to paddock to paddock using a gyro station in each paddock for departure to use amenities. And my transport rating was still 95%. If you look at the gyro it has a transport rating so it counted for guest comfort
Well I finally did it with your help. Not sure if it's because of the updates but in every challenge I never got the 5m or the 1.5x tickets. I had to do the Tylosaurs and got the platinum just after. Thank you for the journey my friend.
I know this comment is coming way late but when it comes to unlocking feeders, if you 'release via airlift' and then back out, it unlocks the research for them. So you can get the feeders placed before you even have the dino in its paddock. Hope this is helpful for someone!

Never realised you could get away with putting the gyrosphere in carnivore paddocks. Also, i never have a problem with mixing carnatosuarus and majuntasaurus. Maybe this was patched since your video
I have been FIGHTING this map for 3 stars, I don’t like this map in challenge but I LOVE it as a sandbox map and I need it in sandbox. I KEEP STAYING ON 2.3 STARS
I was struggling hard the first ten minutes. I restarted twice. I was just bleeding money so fast. Tried firing all my scientists but rehiring anyone was over half a million. I figured out a trick though. Build 5 viewing galleries along side the fence. That will stop the path blockage and allow more ppl to give you money. I went from making 120k profit and losing 220k. To making 260k and i got to keep 4 scientists. This beginning was harder than the one where you star out with 0 cash. Im rdy for the rest of the episode.
I ended up placing many dinosaura together in one area. There were cohabitation issues but thankfully only the smaller ones were getting killed. Keep in mind that the more species variety you have the less penalty you get on your appeal score.
Yes! I've finally done this map, I reallocated the entry of the park close to the nodosaurus, used all the 4 species of wild dinos and I was good to go
I don’t know what happened. I had 4 stars and 20 million dollars and the next second I was in the negatives. I’m so confused. My amenities have no people and I have attractions next to them. Can I place the same attraction across the map
Closing or deactivate the amenities does indeed work for saving money. The way I look at it is, well if the store is closed you dont have to pay for employees, upkeep, inventory etc.. The store is closed so its not losing money. Its not gaining money but its not running so you aren't losing anything ether.

@@MrReign hey man I’m sure u been told this b4 but I really appreciate ur videos for this game. Im now completely done. All I got to do is go get 5 Dino’s & release them. To have them all in sandbox mode. Then my last trophy is to release one of every kind in park. Can that be down on sand box mode
Oh, it's not just that the appeal doesn't matter at all (Other then helping you get money), at the end of the day, your profit per minute doesn't either! Legit, the ONLY thing that matters is your income projection! Which is why if you've at least made it to 4.5 stars, all you have to do is pause the game, go to your existing amenities, toss in any modals that boost your income projection as high as they will go, then unpause and wait. The game won't care that everything is in the red and your running costs are gonna drive your park right into the ground, ALL it cares about is if your amenities overall Income projection hits the target! LOL! Also, some other little QOL tips and tricks I've found: -If you need to release a certain dinosaur in order to unlock the ability to research something, you can "Fake out" the game by choosing to airlift release them, and then just canceling the release, so you can research that thing BEFORE you let the dinosaur out. -If you need to use either of the stationary feeders (Meat and fish), ALWAYS place down 2, even if you don't need 2. If you only have one, there's a chance of it getting infected with salmonella or hookworms. Placing down two pretty much seems to completely nix the ability for that to happen, and that'll be two less disease related things you have to spend money on to research. -If your dinosaurs get in a fight, and one comes down with a concussion, DON'T heal it! All the concussion will do is make your dinosaur take naps more often, and since the update, seems to occasionally cause it to catch "Infected wound", but that's a simple dart treatment to cure, but the concussion itself WON'T drain its health at all, and since it will already have a status that needs to be taken to the medical facility to treat, it'll COMPLETELY prevent it from getting ANY other injury that would also require it to need to be tranquilized and taken in! So no organ trauma, no internal bleeding, no lacerations, and, especially helpful on snowstorm maps: NO Hypothermia! Head trauma is the BEST thing ever! LOL!
Single handedly the main reason why I finally beat this one. Got stuck at 4.5 stars and messed with the amenities and it jumped right to 5. I never would of thought of that tbh lol

I've been waiting for this! I think I have to restart SW USA cause I researched Allo and Lagoon but I am no way near the amount of income per min to sustain them also I am playing with the new update and among the variations some amenities has their guest target switched: Hotels attract nature, Gyrosphere Adventure and Nature, Jurassic tour Adventure so I think you have to put a tour, a viewing gallery and a panoramic tower to maximize guests appeal for an enclosure but I am not 100% sure. Since I work from 8.30 am to 18.15 pm I guess I will finish this map next weekend lol
Also with the new update I noticed that I can't surpass 10k income per shops for herbivores enclosure even with a guest's attraction close (granted in SW I don't have sauropods but even with the basic Dino I was able to greatly surpass 10k) so I don't know if it's better going straight for Dilo or making herbivores anyway for the first stars then switch to carnivores

yes sir I'm on this map now thanks to your videos. only thing I like to mention is if u can show everything you do even when you researched Dinos as well what paddocks you put them in how many you put in. sry if I sound demanding. last now was a little bit confusing wit all the mis details other then that thanks agin. I don't know if I keep having a stroke of bad luck or not. I follow your recommendations and I'm in the red and can't climb out everytime. I have to fire down to 2 scientists to even turn a profit. Which causes problems obviously 10 seconds later when I need them and hiring is 300k+. No idea what's going on with my game but I guess I'm having bad rng issues here.
Hi there! Yes the update completely changed the way you have to play, I am actually starting today with redoing all the Jurassic challenges guides because of this!
I found a way out but it was time sensitive. Still working on it. I'm at 4.1 stars and it's barely budging anymore. The fights and "lacerations" and "internal bleeding" are like every minute or two. It's crazy but I think I might get it.

It's pretty easy I only had to expedition 3 dinosaurs. Basically make three cages for the wild dinosaurs. Dig for the cerarex dino and you're at 2 stars.then from there make two lagoons bam you're done
I already finished the platinum for this game and the only map I used several guest attractions in was Northwest. When I finished that one I had almost $100M. I wonder if the guest attractions played a role in the huge amount of money I had throughout that challenge.

Go to Pennsylvania for the fences, for the rest you have to go to each mission, challenges and story, then scroll down to the missing ones and it will say "on this mission" or "on another mission".

I wish you had included your Management/Park Rating Screen in your summary. You mention again and again how appeal didn't matter in the end, so it would have been very interesting to include it. BTW, my appeal was only 75% and I had 20/30 species in the park when got my 5-Stars screen. Same with several other 5-star parks. It's all about strategical management of those amenities. Hopefully Frontier will rebalance it with future patches.
Bru whats with my transport? When ever I place a monorail, it always says that transport rating is 66% and I always place it near exhibits and the entrance.
