Jurassic World Evolution 2 United Kingdom Jurassic Challenge Full Tutorial 

A tip I learned for storms, especially early on. Close your amenities, because when a storm is going on, they start losing money due to lack of guests, but closed amenities lose nothing. So, keep them closed until the storm finishes, then reopen them as you close your shelters. You can save 30-100K with this method, which you really can't afford to lose in the start.

I've been watching all of your Jurassic challenge videos, and I wanted to say these have helped me so so much. I've never been able to beat a Jurassic challenge before (I couldn't even beat Germany on Hard), but because of your videos I've now beat three Jurassic challenges! You're an absolute legend, dude.

One little extra tip that can help come in handy if you find yourself low on cash towards the very end stretch, or just want to quickly get over the finish line before the next storm crashes through: When the little box says you need "X amount" of income in order to reach the next star, it literally JUST means income, and NOT your actual profit! So if you're at a 4.5 or so, and just need that last extra little push, you can often pause the game, and just slap on all the modules to make the "Income" stat on all your amenities you currently have (Completely ignore the game telling you that you won't make any profit, JUST look at the income), and if you do that to all your amenities, and then unpause and wait a little bit, that raw income data will usually be enough to push you into that final 5 star rating! No need to spend more money to release more dinosaurs or to try and squeeze in random extra amenities ;D (Just be sure to save BEFORE you do this, juuuust in case you have to go back because you miscalculated, since, yes, if you keep the save running too long, you WILL eventually start to rapidly lose money. But USUALLY 4.5 is a safe stretch to do this on~)

Thank you again for the help via your fantastic videos. 3 Jurassic challenges down, 2 to go. I ended up having to put in 2 Tylos and then 3 Baronyx to get to 5 stars,but not bad since I had plenty of room for them.

On Scenario 2, I built both the aviary and the lagoon. The scenario does increase odds of getting sick, but oh boy, the flying reptiles were on perpetual Cold and Pneumonia. Definitely driving me nuts. I should have deleted the aviary altogether and get a second lagoon. I eventually prevailed at 11:40, so well above par-time and my sanity took a hit as well. Lagoons are way better.

not to take away from the effort put into the tutorial...but he really did over exaggerate on this one, almost convinced me into taking a break. almost wanted to quit after Germany, had 4+ stars released 3 mosasaurus & only got to 4.9 with no idea what to tweak. I was ready to quit lol but it got there in another 5 mins of me doing nothing. the UK map seems to be the most easy & fun so far, besides the actual map premises & debuffs the only real challenge is space management but I'm at 3+ stars with 1 enclosure ready to start the 2nd as carno & start setting the lagoon. seems I'll finish before using the last patch of land where the hatchery spawns. a few notes, the start you can put the nigersaurus in the small enclosure by the hat amenity & the nasuto & all draco in the enclosure that spawns with the gallery. you don't need to attach attractions in the fences, they just need to view dinos & have power & path, I wanted to get both enclosures with the 1st gallery but they're just too far apart. I put it on the nasuto & draco enclosure & had enough $ soon to research & buy another gallery. I ended up moving the arrival point to the clearing to the left of the starting point & expanded the small enclosure by the hat amenity all across that starting area corner with 2 ranger stations & mix of herb dinos. when starting & taking pics for $ & tranqing dinos, remember to stop time & spend before it goes red. when you repair the genny disable it until you have the science center & need it powered to research, preferably the 1st power station. I really wanted to keep the bary because it would be a huge initial visitor draw but IDK how to get the fish feeder before it dies but it sells for 500k so oh well, you can keep the cleos but why lol. storms, protection is actually not important & actually a waste. it doesn't prevent damage & disable but just reduced repair cost. I only have it on ranger & hospital just because but cheaper research on science center, efficacy on control center, 10% global costs on staff center ( -20% with 2nd sc ) & just build an extra power station, it's cheaper than researching storm defense & applying the upgrade to all the stations & they do go down anyway, it's cheaper & if a power station goes down the extra will just pick up the drop. the extraction capacity for $1m isn't worth it, even if you don't have the staff center -20% global cost it'd take 20 extra extractions @ 50k to pay for the 1m upgrade. I go with the increased yield because that will save on costly digging & get you more sellables. the attraction centers, cinema only draws about 10 visitors & innovation center about 30, can skip altogether or add later when $ is abundant & you're not wasting $ to repair them. the real benefit of the innovation center is path crowding management by directing foot traffic to the attractions. tip on building enclosures, I set the viewing galleries then go into management views then dino visibility, move my cursor to the edge of the blue back out & put a fence post to mark. from that mark link the next section & span to the length limit, cancel & go into the dino visibility again to match the fence length to where I'm placing the next fence post mark, repeat all around the blue area of the galleries then link all the posts, ensuring wherever the dinos roam they're always visible. I like to catty corner viewing galleries to span out the range for larger enclosures but with overlap so they're usually both getting all the dinos especially setting the water in front of them. I also did this with the ranger post, going into management view & ranger patrol to build the fence around the post's blue circle, it made for nice circle enclosures & fun to make but I think for best performance fences should be built around viewing gallery blue spaces. IDK if forest actually blocks visibility in front of galleries, I've not paid attention or got a bad drop in visitors but it's definitely when the dinos roam into the forest they're not visible. one last trick up my sleeve, it got on my last nerve until I finally realized setting multiple galleries & the existing galleries blue area being in the way so it's hard to see where to place what you're doing, you can click on the galleries & disable them to see how to place the others. just make sure to pause if it's a populated enclosure & you're depending on that attraction draw & don't forget to reable everything when finished.

aggressive tylosauruses don't fight each other (at least, on none of my playthroughs); the only thing they do is hunt smaller marine reptiles randomly; in other words, disregard their traits and spam as many of tylos as you need to reach the needed appeal (given your lagoon is around 5-7 tiles in size).

I wasn't expecting this game to be harder than Frostpunk's survivor difficulty achievements. Agree with the aviary, I ruined perfect start on the Canada challenge with that trap.

You can get 100% comfort with the Nasutceratops, Dracorex and Nigerasaurus with that first paddock. You don't have to expand the paddock and it instantly bumps you up to two stars for a great headstart.

Kinda helpful litte tip: If you're not sure of a dinosaur's needs and can't see them until checking their status, go to your hatchery. While you cannot see a particular dinosaur's genetic traits until you have the required level of genome, you can still check to see what their environmental needs and cohabitation limits are at anytime. You can see this information before you research that dinosaur, or even before repairing/powering any hatchery. This works on every map in any game mode.

Also, with amenities, the highest profit is always good. But the bigger add-ons, once you unlock them, usually decrease the total number potential guests in that amenity. I find a lot of the time that, instead of doing just choosing the 2 or 3 larger features to add appeal to a particular amenity, choosing around 4 or 5 of the smaller add-ons can earn the same amount of money, but with less overcrowding. Therefore, extending the reach of an amenity further. Resulting in an overall lesser number of amenities needed to achieve the required level of coverage.

Thx alot for this videos , u helped me a ton. In this jurassic difficulty early game is most tough, i failed many times before finding your videos. Thx again alot. Btw probably u know this by now but just in case i will write for someone else, i see u are confused why some herbivores constantly fighting each other even if everything is perfect. It is because dominance stats and they are fighting for alpha place. Every dinosaur have dominance stat and if one have higher dominance then alpha he will constantly try to fight him to become alpha even if he have lower attack and defence stats so will probably loose but will still often try to attack alpha. Sry my english is not first languange so hopefully its clear what i wrote. Solution is to put one dinosaur (preferably first incubation)who have defensive/ strong trait preferably together with agressive or social cause they all increase his dominance so no other dinosaur in pack will contest him. One more thing i noticed is if dinosaur kill other in this fights his dominance will rise naturally. Again hopefully its clear what i wrote because my english not that great and again thank you for this videos. You helped me alot

Just finished southwest usa on Jurassic it was sooo tough that last .5 of stars. Only used the two out of 3 portions of the map because I didmt want the shelter and monorail coverage to way me down. Gonna do this one now. By the end I had 80 million

1:16:14 this is a psychological effect. You can have a dinosaur absolutely covered in foliage, but as long as it is in the blue area of an attraction, it will count as fully on sight.

TIP: Dont worry about your park looking good, just as long as it works 😭

Last star popped for me even without releasing Tylo, had 3 Barionyxes, one Giga and three more amenities

7:45 that is not how dinosaur visibility works. guests will still be able to see dinosaurs in bushy forests, it is only the player that will not be able to see them.

Now I was following the guide right up the start but I was sent back and had to pause your video for about 20 minutes to get dinosaurs in until I was already at two stars just to get the hotel because of the research requirement where you need to have at least five hundred guests in a park

When you put sharks but Frontier forgot to make Tylos to be able to eat sharks...

How did you open up concrete fencing so early? The video doesn’t show your park rating when you researched it but it was two stars when you made the paddock with them. In my game, they don’t open for research until 2.5 stars.

How were you able to have the compsognathus in the same enclosure as the celophysis without them getting hunted

Did they update the game recently? I feel like I'm doing something wrong, even tho im following your guide. I'm struggling so hard money wise and staff wise. Im at the part where I just released 2x nodosaurus in the Nigersaurus enclosure. And I've survived tons of storms already (First storm was during tranqing all the dino's in the beginning) And every research/ changing dino genetics is so expensive

what is the research for storm defence?

Apologies if they already suggested it in the comments, but to power up the view gallery wouldn't be cheaper to move the other backup generator (the one near the creation lab) instead of delete it and build a new one?

Questions 1. What did you mean by i have to release the dinosaurs for sandbox mode? Ive been deleting my saves the moment i hit 5 star and get those rewards. Were there other things to do? 2. So, should I sell the nasuseratops at the start? You mentioned how you sold it for money at the very start but you also said you might not have in some runs iirc.

I gotta ask, isnt it a unnecesery desicion to repair stuff that is not broken? I never repair things that arent broken, maybe it complicates my playthrough i dont know. Just seems like you lose alot of cash repairing stuff that still is working.
