Don’t forget to get your votes in for what ends up being the next episode! Link to the poll here: ru-vid.comUgkxZaorvrZhWF5NP3vfwOYJIPONeCxTlvoq As far as my ranking goes of how likely all these creatures are: 1. Plateosaurus *(9 / 10)* 2. Rhamphorhynchus *(9 / 10)* 3. Archaeopteryx *(8 / 10)* 4. Pterodactylus *(8 / 10)* 5. Dakosaurus *(7 / 10)* 6. Tanystropheus *(7 / 10)* 7. Liliensternus *(6 / 10)* 8. Procompsognathus *(6 / 10)* 9. Europasaurus *(6 / 10)* 10. Anurognathus *(5 / 10)* 11. Germanodactylus *(5 / 10)* 12. Sciurumimus *(4 / 10)* 13. Scaphognathus *(4 / 10)* 14. Emausaurus *(3 / 10)* Once again, no idea when the next episode will be out - there’s a few really important things in my life happening right now, so I’m not sure when I’ll be able to start working on it.

Germany in JWE is funny, because it's a similarly paleontologically important region to Northern Africa and the UK, while having some decidedly more interesting species than the later, but it has barely any of its fauna represented. - Plateosaurus is a must have. Its exclusion in the game so far is farcical, and really indicative of how under-appreciated Triassic taxa are. Forget Germany, this animal represents an entire group of dinosaurs. - Archaeopteryx is historically important, but not too noteworthy otherwise. Probably worth skipping over in favour of Microraptor for such a limited roster. Ironic opinion, I know. - Rhamphorhynchus and Scaphognathus would be neat, but Dimorphodon shares their niche. Maybe ones for a Pterosaur pack, I guess. - Anurognathus doesn't need to be here when we already have Jeholopterus. - Pterodactylus is a funky small Pterosaur and similarly important to Ichthyosaurus, Megalosaurus, Plesiosaurus and Iguanodon. Kinda shameful they don't have it already. It has a funky crest, and the under-fuzzing of Pterosaurs at large means it can still bring unique designs to the table. Seabird vibe with a fancy crest, anyone? - Dakosaurus is a much needed marine croc, but it also looks a lot like a Mosasaur especially thanks to the osteoderms on the giant one, so you'd probably want a Metriorhynchoid instead, I'd wager. - Procompsognathus doesn't need to be here when we already have Compsognathus and Sinosauropteryx, even if it is actually quite different in real life. Coelophysis is there muscling in on its turf from the other side, though. - Liliensternus doesn't need to be here, we have Dilophosaurus, Monolophosaurus and Proceratosaurus already. - Emausaurus is an alright basal dinosaur, and we do need more of those. Sensible potential addition, though I suspect Scelidosaurus would be more popular and thus prefered over it. - Europasaurus is a pretty great representative of Island Sauropods, and also a stealth baby Brachi. Good addition in theory, though it would probably be really out of place in any sort of pack unless they gave it really good skins. - Tanystropheus is good, and pretty interesting. I don't think it will make it in, just because it feels too interesting yet too boring for the games general vibe, so to speak. - Germanodactylus is just an obscurer Pterodactylus with a different crest. Not the worst addition but it would feel like it snubbed the spot of something more worthy. - Sciurumimus fluffy tail is neat and all, but I don't think it's unique enough to justify including. Maybe I'm wrong though, Theropod favoritism is crazy in this game, and of all the Theropods left it at least has something unique going for it. Germany is pretty good for Triassic and Early to Medium Jurassic fossils; both being categories that are ridiculously underrepresented in the game. It reminds me of how JPOG had to lump Dilophosaurus into the Morrison formation. It's also funny how both of the two German species (all three if you count Mosasaurus) are franchise species, and Frontier has yet to independently add an animal from Germany.

I love the Mesozoic creatures. I'm going to build a park with all 43 Mesozoic creatures from all 6 Jurassic Park/World movies, Jurassic Park: The Game, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous: Hidden Adventure and Jurassic World: Battle at Big Rock. I don't know if I'll include the hybrid dinosaurs Scorpios Rex, Indominus Rex, Indoraptor & Spinoceratops in the park, but I'll think about it. I'm leaving out the Paleozoic creatures and the prehistoric Cenozoic animals if the game ever gets any.
