When you say the indoraptor had little to no powers, I looked it up and it actually has echolocation. To be honest it is irrelevant tho.

These guys were so creatively bankrupt that they had to create two completely unnecessary characters for the soul purpose of opening two separate doors. Remember when dinosaurs could open their own doors? Good times.

The Baryonyx in ARK looks more realistic than the Baryonyx in this movie. Same with the Raptors, they at least have some feathers but they’re also large enough to ride. Not super accurate but oh well, good game but not exactly super accurate. Would make a better movie than Jurassic World 2.

Don't know if this was mentioned yet, but the Sinoceratops was originally supposed to be a Pachyrhinosaurus, and they put a horn on it instead of a boss "Cause it looks cooler that way"

It was at this moment that I realized my Jurassic Park fanfiction that I imagined as a child would've been better than this.

I was a hardcore fan of Jurassic Park, I loved the first trilogy, yes even the third one (the pteranodon scene is awesome admit it). When I saw Jurassic Wold I was soooo disappointed, I didn’t like the direction the franchise was taking but... oh boy, Fallen Kingdom downright insulted me, made me mad and ruined my day. Is the most stupid movie I’ve seen in years not even in a funny or ironic way.

9:05, honestly the lava flopping was not as annoying to me as OWEN SURVIVING A PYROCLASTIC CLOUD. You know, a 3,000 degree cloud of ashes and instant death that very visibly consumes him? Nah man, he just walks that off.

The “trike” skull, I have concluded from some lore, is actually the skull of a different ceratopsian called Agujaceratops.

One way I feel the Indoraptor should have escaped is that is increased its lockpicking level by lockpicking the cage lock with its claw then opening it, thus escaping. Since when is the Mosasaur tank attached to the ocean, the Jurassic World map has the Mosasaur tank literally in the middle of the Island. The Indoraptor actually does supposedly use echolocation when the main characters are hiding from it. The Indoraptor starts “Barking”, however echolocation is used at frequencies that their prey can’t hear. Echolocation also can’t pass trough soils objects (I’m guessing thats why it doesn’t detect them.) My main problem with the climax is that Blue fights the Indoraptor for 20 seconds then kills it with the giant ceratopsian skull. Not nearly as entertaining as the 3 minute fight between the T.rex, Blue, Indominus, and Mosasaur. They did say before this movie came out, that there was not to be talk of militarized Dinosaurs. Well, lies. So hybrids in the 3rd movie wouldn’t surprise me. When I watched this in theaters, I wanted to walk out of the theater, but I was with people and wanted to see the ending. This was a very entertaining and logical review, I understand the hate. I think I hated this move as much as RickRaptor105 did. Remember, this is just an opinion, no need to bash others about if they liked this (or any other piece of media) or didn’t.

The Brachiosaurus death scene was heart breaking to be honest. It's the movie the whole franchise starts with, and ends with. Cause as soon as they went away from Nublar the movie did go downhill really fast. Now, I dissagree with that the movie is just completely horrible and bad. God, when will they realise they need to make Jurassic Park PG 16... You can't make a ''horror'' movie for PG12!!! NO wonder the ''horror''-scenes all had to be backed-up by lame comedy. I really wished they didn't do the comedy at all. The scenes on the island are probably the best... except for floppy owen, that's just not oke. The movie really had this ''safe-the-dinosaur'' theme through it and although I didn't mind it as much as I think others do, it's still a bit lacking. Claire was honestly one of the few only good characters in the movie that didn't feel to unrealistic, like Franklin... Also, don't forget the blood transfusion, how does that even work!

"Couldn't be more obviously evil even if he said Hail Hydra directly to her face" This is gold. I guess that kinda shows how much you dislike the character as well as the movie almost entirely

What I can say that I love about this movie is that for the first time, we are meant to feel sympathy for all the dinosaurs

I am obsessed with dinosaurs, and I love most dinosaurs things! I am a huge fan of The jurrassic park and the jurrassic world movies. And it's pretty interesting to see others point of view. Great video! :) (My favorite dinosaurs is a diabloceratops)

The Indoraptor was a huge letdown in my opinion. It was advertised as the improved version of the Indominus Rex, yet it didn’t do jack shit. The Indoraptor only killed like a handful of people, while the Indominus Rex killed dozens of humans and dinosaurs alike, and single handily took down an entire amusement park!

I really wanted this movie to be good, but the more rewatched it disappointed me. Sure the scenes with the dinosaurs were cool, but Rexy (my favorite, is now just a plot convenience. Owen is about to get eaten by a Carno? Naaah Rexy comes to the rescue. (As the volcano explodes Rexy feels the impact, while Owen doesn’t move a muscle. Go ahead and watch this scene again) Baby Blue was *adorable* and somewhat believable when you consider these are smart Raptors and stuff. But she is a dog now... Not a trained dinosaur but a dog and that sucks... Finally the Indoraptor. The design is pretty good for me. Especially in a making of they stated that, they knowingly gave him some scales that are broken/ different color since he is still just a teaser. It shows that they put some thought into it. Also there was a deleted scene that was supposed to show that he was mistreated by his keepers and that he ate one of them (showing him playing with a skull) But what did they do with him? *Nothing* The Laserpointer- thing was ridiculous. Why not shoot the person when you are already aiming at them!? And why did he smile into the camera, in that cage scene... After they left the island the movie went from 8/10 to a 2/10 ....

I despise this movie. I saw it opening weekend in theaters, even though I didn't want to see it but my mom preordered tickets for my family. 10 minutes in, and I wanted my money back.

I'm a huge fan of the JP and JW franchise and I enjoyed this movie but I did think the movie did have its ups and downs. I did think the island segment was rushed and the scenes that were hyped up from the trailers were soooo short. I didn't think there was enough suspenseful scenes that we all assumed were going to happen and yeah, I felt Jeff's role was really underused. A lot of things you bring up in this video is very agreeable and some points I didn't even think about after watching it. Another complaint I had was the fact that there was not enough scenes with the dinosaurs in it (yeah yeah yeah predictable right). Anyways I enjoyed this video and liked it as soon as the intro started as it was so fucking funny 😁

I honestly liked this movie significantly better than the first JW. That doesn't mean that it's a good movie, but it kinda gave me a bit of satisfaction to see it slapping its predecessor in the face a bit, best example probably being Claire 2.0 who might as well have been the human clone character (I hated JW Claire with a burning passion). The movie actually goes a bit meta with its salty criticism of JW (camera panning to Claire's shoes, etc.) and I also feel like a "real dinosaur fossil" being the cause of death of the franchise's last hybrid might have been a nod in that direction as well. Now, JWFK had to be built from a shitty foundation, I really don't know how one would've saved the franchise at that point without completely ignoring JW like Shrek 4 ignores Shrek 3. Perhaps that would've been the only one course for salvation. I was also happy to see animatronics, at least they got used a tiny bit more than in JW, where it really drove me into a fit of rage to realize that the apatosaurus scene had the only one actually appearing in the film, after I had seen quite a few images of animatronic raptors on social media promos. That was really sad. In the end I feel like nobody even knew what genre they were working with anymore, while seriously brute-forcing the comedic relief to keep their PG rating low. Such stuff always ruins movies, I also think it ruined Walking With Dinosaurs 3D in the same manner. Thinking of it... I feel like I only enjoyed this movie so much because of the various "fuck you" moments to JW. Rexy stomping the Indominus bone. "What the fuck were you thinking". (and yet they still chose to go with another hybrid, SMH nothing makes sense here)

I completely agree fallen kingdom is trash. It enrages me to watch my favorite franchise go down the toilet. Because the first film, Jurassic Park was what ignited my interest and love of dinosaurs.

I just find it ironic that SHINOBI03 likes the film but Rickraptor hated it. And both channels are pretty much similar due to their accents and the fact that they are dinosaur channels.

I remember when I first saw Fallen Kingdom in the cinemas, I liked it but it was due to the hype. Plus I think I chose to ignore the flaws because I had literally followed the movie's development for a year so I didn't want to accept it was so flawed. It was during my SECOND viewing where I started to see the movie's massive problems. And this is coming from a fan who really LOVED the first Jurassic WORLD. Like I am OBSESSED with that movie, almost as much as the first Jurassic Park. But yeah, Fallen Kingdom is a mess. I even remember seeing it out on DVD at my local Walmart and just not being interested despite having the money to buy it. I ended up buying a DVD copy of Isle of Dogs instead

even as a kid i knew pyroclastic flow was incredibly hot and would instantly kill anything it touched. and i learned this from the only cd i have of dinosaur planet, little das' hunt... an dinosaur documentary released 15 years before this movie taught me that if you get hit with pyroclastic flow you are dead, but this movie that had ample time to research it's phenomena that they want to use, doesn't understand this extremely easy to search up and confirm data on pyroclastic flow. this movie is so dissapointing it hurts, jurassic world dominion has so many things it needs to fix just to make jurassic world fallen kingdom not an complete flop that ruined the franchise. we better not get the last jedi of the jurassic park franchise, because if dominion fails to capture fans, it will be the end of the jurassic park franchise and the end of the world as we know it. jk nobody cares about jurassic park anymore unless its the old movies.

I wouldn't say Jp3 was mindless, there was thought in the scenes and dialog. It's something that the later movies lacked.

this movie was good in my opinion for two reasons: 1: it referenced the movie "son of kong" in the brachiosaurus death scene. 2: the plot had interesting gothic elements such as a dark mansion, a dinosaur that resembled a gothic gargoyle to some extent, and strong influences from frankenstein, to which jurassic park owes much originally. to be fair, i accept your observations as valid.
