Wendi’s life must be miserable & in Turmoil right now. Never knowing when her day will come when they arrest her. They may be preventing the boys from access to social media for now. There is so much information on the case out there, I believe they will find out the truth one day.

Had to be a huge morale boost for the detectives (& Markels) waiting so many years for something to unravel. Bittersweet is the moment when the smug, selfish, narcissistic Wendi gets bracelets slapped on her wrists and her kids handed over to Markels folks. Hopefully that day comes soon.

They were!!! And they all are GUILTY!! Wendi will get karma and so will her disgraceful and vile parents!! You never know Wendy just might get die in a DUI crash or maybe someone will mad at how she drives and get road rage. Then when she's dead she'll be sent to Hell be tortured and burn in hell for all eternity!! I don't believe God will forgive her and allow her in heaven because that is where Dan is. Dan loved his children and wendi had him killed because he loved them and the judge agreed that he loved his children very much and wouldn't be taking the children out of Dan's life as she hoped the judge would do. This case is so tragic and such a miscarriage of justice because of what happened with Wendi not going to prison for this murder she paid for and had her brother and Katie hire the hitmen to get it done. All the players in this case are guilty and they all deserve to pay with they're lives or at least get life in prison with no parole only leaving prison in small card board boxes dead. I pray for justice for Dan and his children I think Wendi should lose custody of the children and the children given to Dan's side of the family.

If you study the first time before anybody was thrown in jail it's quite interesting and it kind of leads right up to Mrs adelson getting her piece of paper she was shocked that's why she didn't do anything she didn't know who was watching her how that guy knew her who she was etc.

I wouldn’t even take the paper from someone I didn’t know. I would say no thanks because I’m thinking that they are soliciting me. If they said my name or the names of people in my family I would head right to the police if I legitimately had no idea what the heck he was talking about.

@@2bcYT She didn't know the note was threatening when she accepted it. She even told her son that she thought it was a process server at first. As for why she took the note, maybe it was to get the guy to leave her alone. Indeed, the first thing out of her mouth was the guy scared her. And he did leave her alone after she took the paper. It's hard to know how one would react in a situation like that even if innocent. Would you humor the person to get out of the situation, or would you risk provoking a bigger confrontation with a large, strange man? Nobody knows until it happens to them. The point is, this video alone says nothing about guilt.

If she didn't know who Katie was or know her family had been taking care of Katie then there's no reason for DA to accept the note. She should have walked away. Then, CA messed up by calling the ph # on the note. We don't visually see Sig Garcia fire the weapon at Dan but he did. In investigations, you don't always take only one piece of evidence to prove a crime but the entirety of the clues taken together and shaken down will show that the crime occurred and by whom.
