The instructions sounds like rolling the thin end towards the big end… seems i chose to do it the right way after all

Wow, I'm showing my age. The video is sooooooo fast 🤣 had to watch it a few times to understand what I had to do. Thanks a million. They're cooking now 😋 did them fir 10 mins, maybe could have done them for a minute longer. Maybe a bit raw in the very middle 😬

The instructions on my pack said to bake for 10-15mins, but this video says 28-30mins! Explains why my croissants are quite flat perhaps.....

Triangles are not right shape for a perfect crescent roll. Looking at other pastry chef videos they show that an obtuse triangle is not the right kind of triangle. It's more like an acute triangle that points straight up from the short side. That way you get equal amounts of pastry on each side after rolling. They would still fit in the tube cut the different way and I won't end up with weird croissants that are lopsided.

These triangles have not obtuse angles, just acute and right angles.

Shame that don't happen in real life... 1st time could not open tube ..second time opened tube and worked..just this moment (11/12/22 @ 18.50) hacked at tube to get it open,,then couldn't get the croissants shape, rolled all and every way ...in the bin they went.

In this video it says, “Bake for 25-30mins” but on the container it says, “Bake for 10-15 mins” why the difference?

@John O Kelly The instructions are a little disorganised (and clearly judging by the comments too ambiguous!!) but they do say preheat the oven at 200° 👍

If you use Flora, Pure or Naturli spreads, you can make these vegan and skip the egg. Just use a milk substitute.

200, fan 180. They take way less than 25-30 mins however. 10-15 is more like it. They taste great, by the way!

Disgusting - dough was raw on the inside and burnt on the outside, and I cooked them at 180c (fan assisted) for 12.5 minutes per the instructions.

vid was to FAST THERE RUSHING PPL I MADE THEM AND DID THEM DIFFERENT SHAPE NOT CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS I RECOMMEND THE CHOCO ONES.

disasterious still, video too fast. Do your rolls appear more puffed , maybe let to come to room temp before baking. What temp ? what time? fan or no fan. Over cooked, small, raw in middle. I agree with comment from Mark below and Darkblue on the shape , its not correct , Very disappointing and costly , energy cost of oven, cheaper to buy from baker, sorry...
