🥞 To make pancakes:
* Cup volume 200 ml
Large eggs - 2 pcs. (if the eggs are small, you can take 3 pcs.)
Sugar - 1-2 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Flour - 1 cup (130 g)
Warm milk - 1 cup (200 g)
Warm water - 1 cup (200 g) milk can be used instead of water
Butter - 30 g (can be replaced with vegetable oil 2 tablespoons)
1. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter or vegetable oil, flour to the eggs, gradually add milk and water.
2. Let the dough stand for 5-10 minutes.
3. Bake pancakes in a well-heated pan until golden brown on each side.
