Why it shouldn't be used by people with skin issues. It improves gut health, it should be good for skin. As root cause of all skin disease is digestion it must be consumed. Why I'm asking this question is I'm suffering from skin ailments seeing your previous videos on triphala I tried it, within few days my condition worsened. I don't understand the logic behind it. Sir, could you please explain this?

He needs to give us the spelling of these herbs and what country they are irived from so we would eknow what kind of store sells it Where do I buy these erbs in Nova Scotia where I live.
