I agree with you, I'm not very good at discipline either unless someone sets the limits for me. I cannot remember if you have decided on which surgery you are having, but I choose the RNY for that exact reason!
It will workout my friend. I'm a worry to but try to remember where you came from. Also talk to doctor about two week diet see if they can help you narrow your choice down. I will pray for you. Huggs
