Lol it's totally fine. Trust me. That moment is probably one of our core memories/moments for most people in the fandom, especially those of us who followed ATEEZ from the start. It's a classic moment (whether staged or not). But it doesn't mean we are allowed to use it in making fun (in a mocking way) of Mingi or make assumptions about his English speaking skills (which is really not a big deal). It's a very funny moment. we can talk about and laugh about it without feeling bad or whatever. That's it. Don't beat yourself too much about it. ❤️

@@narzara2360 no it's not like that. What he doesn't like is people mocking him - referring to him as a "Dumbo" or making degrading assumptions of his English speaking skills. He said it on a live in the past as well. Some Atinys left offensive comments like "Mingi pabo" when he tried reading some English comments. That's what the problem is, not the joke itself. ATEEZ members themselves make reference to the joke once in a whike (and other memorable events they experienced during their visit/tour in the US, including the expedition tour) but they will never degrade him or mock him in an offensive or tone-deaf way. That's my point. Is that joke funny? Hell yeah. But that doesn't mean they (this channel) had any intention of making mockery of him. And it doesn't give us any reason to either. It only becomes a problem when we take it for something else. But I totally get the part of us being empathetic and aware of what we put out there. The owner of the video had no intention of making a mockery of him. It's one of those Ateez moments that most Atinys (myself included, Mingi is my ult) think about a lot or find funny (whether staged or not). And not to make mockery of him or make it our imposed identity on him. ❤️

@@rachaelmolene People did joke about it during a show in 2022 and he looked hurt. I think it's all excuses when he himself doesn't like the joke anymore and it's insensitive to keep bringing it up and especially now also defend it. And it's extremely different when ateez jokes about something because the members know what they mean and where it's coming from than his fans constantly joking about it on his expense where he don't know the intentions. Just let the joke rest, it's old now. Show when he's imitating pooping but just the sentence isn't funny anymore, it's laughing at him not with him.
