Dark he was making a reference because in the movie john wick, he murdered the guy who killed his dog. john wick is also know for killing people with pencils.

You can "glitch" the pogostick for infinitely high jumping.. Just kill a few npc's and fix them right under the stick. If you're lucky he counts the dead bodies as ground and jumps even tho you are midair
5:25 - "So we meet again, MrSnowman..." I believe its another reference to Duke Nukem 3D - PC 1996 - Indiana Jones reference, when Duke meets Indiana, he says "So we meet again, DrJones..." I'm not sure at this one, but the umbrella at 15:25 may reference to Japanese's "The Lengendary White-Blue Stripe" underwear for women..
the green man dancing was refrence form a funny team that made a funny stuff like "how animals eat thier food" and he made pink man that dance like that
Now this is just an idea but I have a thought on what the last Easter egg was supposed to be. The device on the bottom of the merry go round was probably supposed to be under the map so when you walk up to it and activate it, it would stay in place and spin. Lots of games have stuff similar to this stuff but are usually found outside the map or in developer areas to test objects. Very good find though :p
This has nothing to do with Easter eggs, but I remember the very first time I played Just Cause 3, I was at my friend's house, and he asked me if I wanted to play this game, I said yes, and the second he told me that you were able to drive cars, make things explode and that stuff, I fell in love with it, I remember we played that for like 3 hours. Then, I bought it, and to this day, I keep playing, all of the provinces are liberated, all missions accomplished, all rebel drops. It is a wonderful game
My favorite game even if you beat most of the missons or all the map,, you can just drive around amd find cool things ,,like ambulance 🚑 on side of rode tryna save someone dieing on ground,,or people having car problems , the beaches ⛱ are fun and cars when they crash it explodes ,, I was in the sky chillin with my prouchite and then seen a big truck drive off the cliff into the water 💧 such crazy things happen amd if you put your mind to it you can do a lot,,, lile attach people to the bombs that fly in the air cause a pile up on bridge then blow it up or just drive and check the woods 🪵 out amd find something creepy or super nice while stoned I think it's my favorite game
