The game is properly optimised, it just needs a better cpu. These consoles are terrible.

@@r.a.m6211 Honestly, rdr2 ran better than this and it was more graphically intense. They should have turned off the ambient occlusion, aa, lower the resolution and shadow quality for console releases.

Wait, you just said rdr 2 was more graphically intensive, but then contradicted yourself by saying that they should have lowered the graphics for jc3, implying that it was more intensive. Rdr2 was not more intensive. Console CPUs are trash, especially PS4 and XBOX ONE. Just cause 3 requires a good quad core cpu but these Consoles use AMD jaguar cpus, which were first used in laptops in 2012. Rdr2 uses a different engine which is better optimised, and it doesn't have cpu intensive stuff like explosions, debri etc.... Like just cause 3.

I don't see how a change in installation method would alter how it performs. Only the hardware of the executing system determines that.

It performs terribly on PS4 and PS4 pro.

I found Just Cause 3 to be a more fulfilling game. I started playing Just Cause 4 and it felt like a much more scattered experience. I've only played through about 10% of it and haven't gone back.

I say buy both they are both great games

Buy jc3 and buy jc4 on sale

My advice : Only buy jc3, if you buy jc4 like me, even on sale, you will realise that the game suck compared to it's last sequel
