Thank you! This was so much fun! It was also humbling to see my stamina has gone down since I stopped running. I mean I knew already but my ego is hurting now XD
damn i haven't exercised in SO long, but today i finally forced myself to get up and not just be depressed in my bed like every day. i'm sweating SO MUCH and my cigarette lungs hurt but i'm hoping i'll be able to force myself to exercise more. dancing is lot more fun than regular exercising even tho i look dumb af since idk how to dance lmao

It was really really fun and it made me sweat A LOT like fr 😭 Day 2:✅ today was harder than yesterday, maybe because I didn’t sleep as much as yesterday 🤷🏻♀️ but I already see changements!! My belly already got a little bit flatter !! ( I also did it twice today but I had to take lots of pauses ) Day 3:❌ I didn’t do it today. I had a really tiring day and I had 0 energy left to do this even once. But I’ll try to do it 3 or 4 times tomorrow to compensate. Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7:
I’ll try to do this 3 times a week or more to see if I’ve lost at least a bit of weight. I am 5’4 and currently weight 155lb. Don’t know how long I’ll be updating, so let’s see. Day 1 [✔️]: It was a mess (obviously) because I didn’t know the steps, even after looking at the bottom right corner. But overall, I did sweat a lot. Most of the songs I already knew while some I haven’t but now love them.
