In this videon I'll tell you why you should delete social media to improve your mental health. Social media is an addiction, that's why it should be avoided.
It is truly an addiction, but few are aware of it or even reflect on how much time they waste just sitting and scrolling. I uninstalled social media from my mobile and got a warning message "uninstalling this app may make your device unstable" meaning they don't want us to go back to how we lived our lives before social media took control of our brains.
I was never big on social media to begin with, but when I started using it even in moderation I saw a huge detriment to my mood and my productivity. Its absolutely poisonous; just an hour or two can ruin your whole day. Its disturbing to think something so worthless dominates such a huge part of our society.
These apps are made pixel perfect so that they are as addictive as possible. It's just to make money, these software developers don't care about your health. I'd recommend just deleting those apps, also you can even keep your phone in another room while you're working. Stay strong💪
great video bro! I just think it's a little weird for you to talk about overstimulatuion and then edit your video in a way that does precisely that. Coming from someone that has been on a one week screen break, I could feel my dopamine receptors frying again because of this video. I wish you best of luck.
I've always liked videos that have visuals, and I'm trying to do that. I could tone it down a bit, you know I'm new to this yt stuff, but I'm still tryna improve. Thanks🙏
does this include discord and youtube D: I don't have anythign on my phone, but i still have RU-vid on my mac webbrowser bc i need it for some educational stuff and for school (sometimes) what do i do
@@gamerboy7820 well I found a button in settings that you can turn on that says remind me to take a break every hour or you can customize the time. That might help. Or just deleting it all together as a last resort
