Don't "do nothing" Disappear from people who disturb your peace or cause you problems. Explain nothing, just disappear and do whatever you need to do for YOURSELF. Don't care what anyone says, nor what they think... their thoughts shouldn't have anything to do with YOUR experience.
I’ve surrendered to the not knowing. My spiritual experiences have been many and are profound to me. My mind cannot comprehend the why behind them. With the surrender comes freedom. The minute my ego attempts to direct my attention, I loose my connection to the Universe.
Thank you Chris, I needed to hear this to be reminded again ( because I seem to lose this). I’m 70 and after my wake up experience ( more than 20 years ago) I feel as if I am stuck but it’s me stuck in mind trying endlessly to work things out in the process I have tried so many different things all without success as I’ve always felt there was something else I needed to do or pursue, some other practise I need to follow. To be told to “ just do nothing” is so appreciative. I love your calm demeanour as well! This never ending seeking and searching has exhausted me.
I had an 'awakening experience' in 2015 after I thought "Sod it!" and gave up Trying to meditate and other Seeking. Best two months of my life. I learned/knew so much (effortlessly), but eventually started to pay attention to my 'stories' again (which had all become muted), and 'fell' back into judgement and suffering. Much later I found something I had written down during that exquisite two months. It said "Do not tell stories. Do not listen to stories. Do not have stories running in your head". I think our stories (and our acceptance that our stories are true/real/matter ) force upon us the perspectives we judge from. We then adopt the perspective of the ego, which is usually chained to old suffering. Let go of stories - or all your new stories will be based upon them. During my awakening I dealt only with what was happening right in front of me in the moment. Nothing else interfered. But when I started 'listening' to the stories again - my 'in the moment/in the Now' was contaminated.
When it happened I said I’d just to a simple 5 minute meditation. It happened unexpectedly. I had been trying and meditating hard for months, but I had slowed down on my meditations and then I just said “eh I’ll just do a little five minute meditation” and within one minute it occurred. No words can properly describe it. Thanks for the wisdom.
I don't understand myself, but sometimes I have moments of increased clarity about myself. My spirit is controlling my body and mind. I know what you mean by the euphoria, but it is only momentary, like laughing at the absurdity of the situation.
Take some time by yourself and you’ll find yourself to know yourself as to find yourself associates from social media what the world says and look with yourself to find yourself and you’ll find who you’re truly are❤❤❤

The living truth, this for me is the key, when I follow the enticement of selfishness, lust and all those things,I get led into the forest and lose my way, but there is a clearing where I stand, let there be light. When I see that my problems change from the distant and far reaching to what I hold in my hand, then I can open my hand and let go, and the things of the forest shy into darkness.
knowing more can free you from wrong knowledge. doing more, can make life better. The best qe ought to do, is to do our best, in any circumstance around us.
actually, take everything at face value. you either exist here as a part of a grand design - in which case you do precisely what you're meant to be doing, experiencing what you're meant to experience, OR you exist accidentally - in which case, it is irrelevant what you're doing. either way, just accept what you're going thru, what you're experiencing. play along and see if you can become a kinder person tomorrow.

Language is so limited to encapsulate just “being”. Same for all subtle experiences like beauty, joy, etc. We can’t even name our emotions and feelings properly. My experience after trying a bunch of these practices is that I can’t have a spiritual life from the mind. I’m learning to just feel.
My problem is I just care less and less about this reality to really bother doing anything in it anymore. I find life to be a dull hellish bore. I'm not scared, I just have almost no passion for anything anymore. Adulthood has completely killed all the hype I had as a naive child. I find socializing to be a chore most of the time, I hate dating with a passion, I have no satisfying career prospects, I don't think the world as a whole is not a particularly interesting place and in turn think travel is pretty overrated, so...I don't know what I'm even meant to be doing at this point. I just kind of wish I wasn't born in the first place more often than not at this point. I have done plenty of deep soul searching and all I come up with is increasingly more loathing and discomfort in my existence, not any deeper meaning or purpose. I guess I do find some satisfaction in doing art, but even that just feels like a coping mechanism to keep me from sinking into total nihilistic despair rather than something that brings me genuine happiness at this point.
Understanding biology dug me out of this hole. We have been under attack on all fronts since birth. Lack of minerals in the soil, spraying of the skies, seed oils, fluoridated etc etc. The list is so long that it is mind boggling. Perhaps you can’t be happy because you CAN’T be happy? Speaking from personal experience, I wasn’t able to be happy. When I detoxed my body and gave it the building blocks of what it actually needs, the difference was like night and day and life became worth living again despite knowing who I am and what this world is. I found peace. I wish you peace too brother ❤

Imo, all people only have 2 purposes. One is to reproduce the species which you choose to do or not. The other is to do whatever it is you are doing or not doing at any moment in time and nothing else.
Apparently we have signed up to have the energy concentrated around the head= increased intellect before we incarnated here, makes sense why the brain and knowledge is so favoured in this world. Yes. The more doing is precisely why we create more “karmas” (going deeper into more illusions) into creating more “false attachments”. Essentially going in the “wrong direction” to truly understanding the act real truth of reality. It doesn’t feel easy to then “unprograme”, as it’s like too much programming has been done in us, that we essentially can’t sit still and hold it in. Thus, one should actually then hold it in, and then one can feel the tension in the physical body as such, this is essentially letting us know how much “garbage” (karmas) that we actually have been piling up, but we essentially can’t see it, as we act more and more on it (essentially don’t know that we are being “less sensitive” and doing more and more, faster and faster that is getting more unhealthy - as we see it as normal and not “too much”.) 🙏
Thus, one should actually then face stuff, and not “move”, like I personally feel “forcing” one into “corpse pose”, to then hold it all in, and just be, is actually difficult but it’s the only way to then perceive how much “mess” we have actually created. It’s not the same as just “sleeping” because we are exhausted, that is essentially “wrong” and different. It’s essentially truly “being” in such position, let the “mess” (thoughts, and then feeling to want to “act” on it and move), that is precisely what we need to resist and hold it in (to then stop perpetuating more of it). We feel “tired” and then “sleep”, is essentially the opposite to this, we essentially go too deep away from our true self (enegies centre and subconscious self), that we actually “blank out”. We feel too hard to “hold it in then”, is precisely because we are “resetting” this “programming” of just “wasting our energies” away more and more. 🙏
That’s why, when we truly clear more of our “karmas” like this, properly, essentially we get “slower”, and we actually can perceive more, of how perhaps others are like, and how much “mess” we probably were in.

If you were intelligent you would have noticed contradictions in the bible; for example in the bible it clearly states “Flesh and blood cannot enter the kingdom of God.”, which means that when Jesus died, it couldn’t have been his physical body that resurrected and went to Heaven; therefore the so-called witnesses were either lying or they were fabricated. Secondly, Just because the bible says something doesn’t make it true. Lastly I have been around for 50 years, I still haven’t met a single christian or moslim who is more intelligent than a fart; which explains why you lot blindly believe whatever you’re told; whereas superior people QUESTION what they’re told.
You're describing the difference between eating the fruit of the tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil-duality. The tree of life is symbolized by the solar plexus, and when you place your consciousness there, you experience a sense of peace and harmony with the world. It's only when we engage the pineal system, associated with duality and judgment, that we become untuned from this eternal frequency of balance and unity.

Doing nothing is still a doing, a mind trying to accomplisgh something. It simpler than that. Just see what you are without any beliefs, right here and now. What if you can't go to the future or the past, what is here? That's it.. it's the silence, which the mind discards as nothing, but it turns out to be everything :)
Its not a mistake putting anything into a framework, like poetry for instance. Its like telling a bee not to buzz. Why bother to explain anything. Well why not. It does not adulterate truth, but falls short of eloquently describimg it. And you yourself are explaining it. And its not a mistake to inadequately do so, as you do, but neverthoess you do it. And You may or you may not do anything or nothung. Life is., explained or not.

This is presuming that you can be with or "without it", that you can be with anything other than "it". This is still an interpretation from the mind, that tells you there is a place where you should be and a place where you should not be, a company to seek and a company to avoid. How much of an answer will satisfy you? Eg. Why does that thing stick to the fridge? Because it is a magnet. To some, that answer is enough, to others not. And here it is. Our Father who art in heaven. Thy name must be being Hallowed. (That means, you Hallow it.) They Will must be being done on earth as it is in heaven. (Guess who's on earth? You are. It's up to you to do his Will here.) Thy kingdom must be being restored. (Yeah, that's you again. And for the individual, it doesn't mean unto the whole world, it is generational. Lovingly, slowly, repetitively, patiently tell your children. Ten years, that's how long it takes to put it in their hearts. Remember, do not turn it into a weapon. Your neck, the mill stone and the sea.) Give us today, our tomorrow's bread. (The wisdom of Jesus, as though we stood beside him in the present tense.) Forgive us our failings as we forgive those who have hurt us. (Now, what I am writing here will make a lot more sense once you have read, keys to the Kingdom. If you have truly reconciled them unto your heart and forgiven them to the full measure, is this not the first time that this has come out of your mouth in all it's intended honesty? Bottom line here is that you are a required part of the power pack. He goes before us and prepares the way. Is Simply this. You want or need a better position and pay. So, you pray unto the Father and he, because the Father is a mind, he is mentality, (the kybalion will explain this perfectly.) He reaches forth in thought, whispering to the hearts and minds of those who will assist you, to give you that which you have asked for. (In belief. Ask, believe and receive.)This requires you to do your part, go to work. Recognize that the Father wants a personal relationship with you, and he desires that you want one with him. That means, you have your part in this. Do your part. Now, remembering that our Father is a mind, he, when communicating with the prophets did this in visions. So, when you pray to the Father remember, the words are for you to build a vision with. In essence, Tell-A-Vision to the Father. Let him see it in your mind. Be clear, get precise, aim for accuracy. Now, in order for prayer to work, the the Father said, if you have anything against your brother go make peace, really. And you know as well as anyone, in this day and anger age, it's often unwise to do so, in person, that is. Follow the instructions below. The Keys to the Kingdom When one understands reconciliation to its fullest meaning, one understands forgiveness. Without reconciliation, forgiveness cannot stand. Reconciliation kills, on impact, all negative emotion. All of it, from your first breath, unto your last. The only emotion that reconciliation cannot defend itself against, is that of love. Love is energy, your soul is energy. So, if the adage, you are what you eat, is true, then the only thing feeding your soul is love and your soul will mature properly and become love in of itself, as we have been commanded, to become like our Father. Who, in of himself, is love. Vengeance is mine, said the Lord, because when you give him vengeance, he turns it into correction and saves his other child, if they will let him. Imagine how you are going to feel towards your enemy in heaven. If you can really imagine the truest form of that feeling, congratulations, those feelings have just transcended time and space. In essence, you asked, asked to see, that's prayer, you believed what you saw, you received it, you felt it. Again, congratulations, you just asked, believed and received. The Father creator loved us, reconciled us unto himself and forgave us. The steps matter. Unless reconciliation is first, forgiveness falls flat on it's face and dies. Forsake the parade. Go unto the Father yourself and take the walk of life with your hand in his. And consider this, with our Father, I truly believe it's, come as you are and I will change you as I need you. Start your commitment to him with these words if they suit you. Finish the statements. Here I am. I am willing. What is the truth? And you had better be sincere or it's going to fail. (Anger. Let us deal with this for a moment. If you are angry about something that happened three weeks ago, it's because, you have a muscle in your stomach, you know the one, that is a chemical junkie. This muscle was present when that particular memory was created and stored. And it calls out that chemical signature, and forces you to re-live that moment, so it can feed, you have not been angry in a long time, you been duped. And now that you know, what are you going to do, fake angry? As soon as you begin to feel angry about anything from the past, stop it. Just take a look around you, and know nothing happened to you today, unless it actually did. And if it did, that's the only thing you can be truly angry about.) (Do not invite the back stabber to your table, here. What they did matters, they, given the opportunity, will do it again. You have a date in heaven, see them there. Old people bring old habits.) (Live in reconciliation. Do not leave that state of being.) (Live in believe, of ask, believe and receive. This would have been better stated as, ask believe and be given. Recieving means to be given, therefore, it's not up to you to move beyond, believe. That's the Father's right and it also allows for recognition of his works and compassion. Also, Throw away the timer.) (Regarding Faith. Faith is simply loyalty. Loyalty to the fact that you asked, loyalty to the fact that you believed. Stay loyal, stay faithful. Or one might choose to see Faith from the vantage point of, staying true.) (As for the judgement room that we have all heard of, well, it may surprise you to learn that that room is in your head, and it's running constantly. We all have a piece of the Christ Consciousness in our minds. All of us. This is how silent prayer is heard. And anytime you do anything good or bad, your heart has an intention and emotional reaction. That intention and emotional reaction is what's being judged. And your judgement is handed down second to last breath. Because up until then you can change your mind about your intention to our Father. You can come to understand this better if you read the letters on the internet from nurses who have been presant for the death of those patients they have been charged to take care of. Worst death bed passings, you'll find them. And you will find good one's as well. This is why your sincerity in your commitment to the Father and to honesty with him are so very important.) (Do not end your prayers with, Amen. To you, this has always meant the prayer has ended. And in that, your right. It's over. End your prayers with, So Be It. This way the energy moves into the future. And it's the translation of, Amen, but in words that, as you understand, have a whole different meaning.) (Do not judge lest you be judged with the same measure. Meaning, when we judge we will be put in the same situation, doing the same thing that we were judging others for. Break all judgements through sincere intention. After all, people and situations change. So, let it be to you as this, "They are still alive." No further, for the Father has got this.) (Anxiety/Stagnation is common place with our Father. He gives us time for what he is teaching us to take it's place in our lives and become a living part of who we are before adding more of his wisdom to our mindset. If it were not so with man, what we learned would become buried under the new knowledge and become worthless.)
