Metropolitan Baptist Church CHORUS CHOIR sings Just For Me (Kenneth Louis) directed by Rev. Nolan E. Williams, Jr. Jason Powell on piano, Les Talley, soloist.
My God, I have loved this song since I was a child and it still touches me even now as a older adult. Thank God and thank you for posting this song. We need to be reminded of Christ's sacrifice for us.
Sometimes I think that He would have died on that cross and went through all the pain if I was the only one.....................and then realizing that is exactly what He did...................Just for me❣ WoW
I was so blessed to sing this song that my brother the late Leon C. Roberts, granted our Brother the late Kenny Lewis, the opportunity to debuted this Glorious song at St. Augustine African American Catholic Church in DC. They were truly brothers in Christ. I was also blessed to have been the classmate and choir member of the songs Director, Rev. Nolan Williams Jr. in Seminary At Howard University School of Divinity. God has Blessed My Brothers. All Great Men of God and Music. And, as I go forth in Ministry, God Did All That "Just For Me".... Thank You God for the experience, and I hope that all of you receive the Blessing!!!
Hi ´Just for me fans´ - just a side note, Kenny ´Louis´ is not deceased, just not in the DC Metropolitan area these days. This beautiful song lives on as well.
So happens I woke up on Good Friday with this song in my spirit. Looked it up on YT and see in the comments that this performance was on Good Friday at lease 15 years ago. Thank you Lord!!!!
