Innocent Palestinians have no control over whether the hostages are released and should not be punished for the actions of Hamas. Indiscriminate bombing makes the hostages less safe as some have been killed in the bombing.

Hamas offered to release all civilian hostages Oct 8th and Netanyahu rejected it. The family of the hostages didn’t find out until months later and are furious.
