🍳Ingredients list
①Squash with Japanese broth and minced meat sauce
1/4 pumpkin
100 g ground pork
200cc water
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
15 g potato starch
20cc water (for potato starch)
Candied sweet potates
1 sweet potato
5 tablespoons Korean syrup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Honey can be substituted
3) Acquired taste potate salad
3 potatoes
Edamame (soybeans) as needed
1/2 carrot
1 boiled egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
Mustard to taste
Vinegar to taste
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
