No that's for the final. It's another gold coming. Tebogo wasted energy there. No point No medals for the semi final as Seville found out in the 100m. When the fool ran 9.81 for the semi. And then could only manage 9.91 for the final. When he should have done it the other way around.
I don’t even think he was up to 75% tbh. A lot more to come from him when it truly matters as with the winner. Obviously it look nice on a cv to say you won an Olympic semi racing Noah, but its not the end goal.
His objective is to reach the semi using as little energy as possible. He couldn’t care less where he finishes as long as he gets through. The fact he was slowing up approaching the line says theres plenty more to come for when it matters and I fully expect him to do a clean sweep.

It was an upset. Noah stated no one will win. I prayed for him not to win. He stated in the confrence room with Kerley and Kishane that no one will win and when he comes off the turn everyone will be depress. SMDH
Its the semi finals, lyles just finished to be in the finals...he ran around 1 second slower than his best time, so he obviously wasnt on the gas at all.

Alan Wells from Scotland won the 100m at the Moscow Olympics final in 1980. The US did boycott the event which might have had something to do with it, but he still beat everyone else and he was a decent sprinter in his day. Its was the 80’s and there have been allegations he was doping, but pretty much everyone was back then. Its no coincidence some of the longest held records were all set in that era and not just by East Germans.
It was the slimmest margin of victory, but a win is a win so get over it. And bc im that kinda a guy I'll tell you why Kishane lost in one word, recovery. Noah is as strong as him but doesnt carry around that superhero muscle that requires extra time to recover. You could argue Kishne did a poor job in managing his energy expenditure for the heats, but thats a lesson every sprinter has to learn. To that point in the finals you see Kishane tense up more then a few meters before they hit the tape. That allowed Noah to catch and pass him enough to win, without that easily the race was Kishane to win, but he didnt so moving on.
