Just oatmeal and banana! I eat 3 times a day and lose weight! Healthy dessert made from 2 ingredients
Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
Oatmeal 1 cup.
2 bananas.
100g yogurt.
2 eggs.
1 apple.
Avocado oil.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
50g walnuts.
1 tablespoon sweetener.
1 banana.
120ml water.
1 apple.
Chop the apple finely.
Vanillin.
Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
Let cool down.
Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
150 ml warm milk.
2 apples.
15g butter.
1 TBSP. Sweetener.
2 eggs.
Recipe 4
120 g oat flakes.
250 ml warm milk.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 bananas.
2 tablespoons cocoa.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
2 eggs.
50g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
80g dark chocolate.
