If you have potatoes and cabbage at home, cook this delicious recipe! I am preparing a very easy, tasty and filling potato recipe. All you need is potatoes and flour and you've got this quick and easy recipe ready! Without yeast! The dough consists of potato flour and eggs. I use cabbage for the filling. But you can also use a boiled egg with green onions or steamed vegetables or minced meat as a filling. An easy cabbage and potato recipe! Enjoy your meal!

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
5 potatoes.
Clean and cut.
Water.
Cover with a lid and cook until boiling.
salt 1 tablespoon.
Boil potatoes until soft.
Onion 1 pc.
Olive oil.
I fry the onion until golden brown.
carrot 1 pc
Cook for 3-5 minutes.
1/4 cabbage.
Mix well.
Cover with a lid and fry for 5-7 minutes.
1 egg.
Salt. Black pepper. Parsely.
Mix well.
flour 1 cup.
Baking powder 10 gr. / 2 teaspoons.
tomato paste 2 tablespoons.
Salt. Black pepper. Garlic 2 cloves.
Mix well.
Cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.
flour 1/2 cup.
I divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
add filling.
This can be done with a fork or by hand.
sunflower oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides!
I transfer to a paper towel.
This is a very tasty and simple dish!
