@@HausgemachteRezepte U asked if your videos are too slow. In the beginning, they could be, but now they are a little better. You only need to show maybe the first two potatoes, vegetables etc. to be cut. That's enough for the viewer to get how you mean. The spead that you now go is a little better, especially for me, as I'm autistic and my brain doesn't take up information as fast as others. I would like to say that your recipes are very nice. I am vegan, so cannot use the eggs. We have a substitute in England called Oggs liquid egg, which I am going to try. It's a little thick, so I'm going to try and thin it down with a little water or a vegetable stock. Can your Recipes be frozen, and if so, at what stage in the making would be best. I ask this because I live by myself and it's too much for me. The cooked meal looks as if it could be cut into 6-8 portions, and by the time I came around to say, the forth or fifth portion, it may be going off, which would be a waste of good food. Nice music. The music on most of the cooking videos is dorky. This is lovely. Who is playing piano on the first recording, please? Also, I do not think your videos are too slow. Americans are well-known for having a short attention span. Hence, European movies seem slow paced to American viewers. While Hollywood movies have short quick scenes usually.
