A new steel frame prefab home will be available in 30 days! I've been following the latest and greatest homes available in the prefab home industry for a few years now and some of the companies I talked about when they were in concept phase are entering production. Metaligna Modular is 30 days away from releasing their new small foot print modular with dimensions of 14 feet wide by 28 feet wide. After first finding this company last April I decided to make the trip over to Ottawa to see their facility, check out their progress and find out more about the new prototype.
