They gave him an unpunishable air/ground teleport lvl 3 and thought "yeah, this doesn't seems unfair in any way possible". Cause c'mon, the end lag on whiff is SO FUCKIN LOW, it is impossible to punish unless you were already out of range and attacking him
Its so strange for me learning this game now because so much has changed since it came out. People will be like wow this character can do this now?! And either I never knew that was a change, or i never knew about it to begin with.

Not sure what the input is on other platforms but for ps4/ps5 instead of doing the back motion R1 input just do it with R2 instead and you'll teleport behind your opponent
