You can't ruin a brisket on the camp chef. I did one yesterday on my Camp Chef for the Super Bowl. A little sesame seed oil is key for fried rice. yup cook veggies first, good call. Taco's look good, a little slaw wouldn't hurt them. Brisket nacho's are good too! Thanks for the video.
I had a chuck roast that came out tough after cooking like a brisket. It turned out great after cooking in a crockpot for a few hours with some butter and its own juices out of the aluminum foil wrap.
