JUST THE TIPS - BANKING WITH ENGLISH 

As always, concise and informative. Casual tone like I was hashing something out with my pool playing friends during a practice session. As a tech guy, I also enjoy the simple, clean graphics work to help drive home the lesson and help the viewer visualize the change of path. It surprised me as I started using English on bank shots how little of it is needed to significantly alter the rebound angle. Still trying to learn to control it better. I enjoy your content and easy going style 👍

I make a reasonable percentage of those long banks but definitely will try this tip. I've used English to get the cb out of the way when the ob is double kiss close. Best shot ever was full table length, hit the ob wide with English to throw it back in line. No one noticed or was watching. One saw I made "a bank". Of course 🙄

I find banking soft(when possible) and using a little outside makes most tables play close to the same. Hitting hard makes those odd tables play so much different.

If you play one pocket these shots come up almost every shot you take.

*WHAT YOU SAID MAKES NO SENSE. THE BANK ANGLE WAS THE SAME. YOUR EXAMPLE OF TIGHTENING WITH INSIDE ENGLISH WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT USED. BECAUSE THE ANGLE REMAINED THE SAME. OPEN BANKS WHY WOULD SOMEONE USE ENGLISH AND RISK THROWING THE BALL, ON AN OPEN SHOT* EXAMPLE SHOWED MISSING WITH ENGLISH, THEN MAKES WITH ENGLISH, CONTRADICTS SELF. AND LAST SHOT INSIDE ENGLISH WOULD PULL AWAY FROM RAIL, NOT THROW IT OUT TOWARDS RAIL,
