Yes it fast charges with the 110v plug that is included

I just bought one, plugged it in the battery has all bars except the last one to the right and it just flashes. It appears to be charged but charging didn't change the one flashing bar. Any ideas why that bar keeps flashing?

Yeah that’s really weird. It flashes even when it isn’t charging?
