I love this excercise! I'm not really a senior however, I'm obese. And to be honest, when I try to look up some with low impact videos, they are always performed by fitness ripped guys who just do movements I can't do, have pase I can't keep up with and the motivation I had when I started is lost within about 10 minutes in. This is exactly what I need. Start. :) Also the music you've chosen is a huuuugh plus!!! Well done, ladies. ;) Thank you from the Czech Republic. ;)
For me music is everything, it needs to be inspiring. And dance fitness is just fun, so it doesn't feel like work. Main thing move whatever you can each day! Thank you for dancing with us!
✍Hello Ladies...I subscribed because I'm78 and I'm trying to strengthen my core cause using a walker doesn't really help it weakens a person and I'm trying to use just my cane. There's many health issues too many to explain I just know moving to music is the best way to exercise. Thank you so much for making a RU-vid channel for us Seniors. I used to go to "Silver Sneakers" 16-17 years ago but it closed and now I'm basically house bound cause my daughter bought an oversized customized van too large for me to drive so I've not driven in 8 yrs. Where we live we have very limited parking space for each home owner(Sr.Mobile Home pk) so not able to get my own car. So that's one reason I'm house bound. thank you so much Joyce for commenting, we appreciate you, sorry it took a while to get back to you. We have chair classes, and I will be adding more in the future. It really is Keep On Moving what we can move today. And when we do it to great music, it makes it so much more fun!
